Hanne and her sister Mette are Danish, all the rest of their company are Swedish. They are in Norway, so all the other guys are Norwegian. Don't know if they are switching between languages.

they are not switching languages. They each just speak their own. Mette's boyfriend not understanding Danish was the poorest excuse ever for being a heartless sod !!!
I hope it doesn't have a supernatural ending. That would be a cop out.

So when Hanne and Mette are alone, they speak Danish, when they talk with somebody else they speak Swedish? and the two Norwegian brothers speak their own language, but speak Swedish with the others?
As for Hanne's boyfriend (not Mettte's) i think he meant that sometimes he cannot understand Danish people as they must have some flaw in character and he is superior being Swedish. Also the old man Erkke called him something like "Swedish something not very nice" at one point. So there are definitely small tensions between the Sacandinavian nations...

I don't think it was a suicide attempt. When you get too cold and go in to hypothermia you start feeling really hot and want to take your clothes off. That's how a cold of people freeze to death.

TsunamiOfShit they'll probably explain away most of the happenings as being of Errki, Dag and Jostein's doing (although the latter to a much lesser degree given his involvement with Hanne).

However, I reckon the supernatural elements won't be fully explained, and this will what drives a second series to be made.
