Is anyone watching this? The second landlord with his disgustingly extravagant lifestyle is making me so angry. The communal areas in his flats are horrific.

Wow Shock

SinisterBumFacedCat · 12/07/2017 21:38

It is hard work that pays and benefits is the lazy option - why do people hate others who've done well for themselves?!

Why do people like you assume benefits are a lifestyle choice? Is it because you would secretly choose that? Or are you unable to imagine your life being turned upside down by chronic illness, family breakdown, loosing your job, and I an area of extreme poverty. Do you lack imagination or empathy?

ShuttyTown · 12/07/2017 21:38

This fuckwit who is patting himself on the back for being able to cook meals on his £70 budget. What about when they need to buy clothes, pay bills, travel costs, etc etc. They haven't got a clue

dillite · 12/07/2017 21:39

I think that tonight's landlords are the worst bunch yet.

SinisterBumFacedCat · 12/07/2017 21:39

They are awful

ShuttyTown · 12/07/2017 21:39

He's giving me the rage 😡😡😡😡

FuckyDuck · 12/07/2017 21:40

But why shouldn't people buy houses and rent them out? It's not immoral, if the rents disproportionately expensive then it'll stay empty.

100% mortgages are what drove this country into the ground, what about the people who scrimp and save and get on the ladder?

It all smacks of sour grapes

purpleme12 · 12/07/2017 21:41

They are the worst

Onhold · 12/07/2017 21:41

Oh sod off, Fucky. You haven't got a clue.

thefutureisfemale · 12/07/2017 21:41

Dicks

SinisterBumFacedCat · 12/07/2017 21:42

Fucking HELL

GreatGatsby212 · 12/07/2017 21:43

Those two older landlords are horrid. Patronising and dismissive. No wonder they are worried and unable to get issues sorted.

thefutureisfemale · 12/07/2017 21:43

I don't fall for 'good Christian work ethic' either.

dillite · 12/07/2017 21:43

They are horrible, horrible people. Truly despicable creatures.

Starsandwishes · 12/07/2017 21:43

The older couple are horrible. They said they take hb because they know they will get their rent. Then make judgemental comments about them being on benefits. But they are happy to take millions on pounds on housing benefit.

Hairydilemma · 12/07/2017 21:45

"maybe she doesn't fix things because she can't afford it" - clearly a lightbulb moment for him there.

YOU DON'T SAY!!!

Face palm.

FuckyDuck · 12/07/2017 21:45

On hold why haven't I got a clue?

I've been made redundant and I took the first job I could (cleaning) until I found something better.

I don't expect the state to pay for me, these landlords are doing nothing wrong FFS!

No one picks up the tenants that trash places and won't leave.

Unihorn · 12/07/2017 21:46

Some people are actually on benefits due to genuine illnesses, like the tenant in the show..?

dillite · 12/07/2017 21:47

They are being so aggressive and then they are surprised that their tenants haven't mentioned things to them?

Onhold · 12/07/2017 21:48

So he's going to put the rent up?

ShuttyTown · 12/07/2017 21:49

Why does she keep saying she's 'helping people' she's getting rent off the state not doing it out of the kindness of her heart.

dillite · 12/07/2017 21:50

He is so jolly over the fact that he broke his tenants bin Shock yeah, because that is so fucking hilarious.

flowerydems · 12/07/2017 21:50

Watching this just now, I've not sworn at the telly in so long. What a shower of arseholes

FuckyDuck · 12/07/2017 21:51

He should put the rent up! Why does she deserve a free ride and cheap rent?

frazzled3ds · 12/07/2017 21:52

None of the landlords featured across the whole series have bee particularly great, but the one's featured tonight really are terrible - arrogant, hugely inflated egos and stuff all by the way of compassion...
