Anyone else watching this madness?!

When they interview the couples before a match is made, do they choose photos of people they fancy, so that the "scientists" can choose similar?

Because this one looks old enough to be his mum - not that she is, she just looks it.

I think the first couple tonight (blonde woman) have far more chance than this couple.

Oh dear. I forgot this was on tonight and just catching up now. Lucy and Steve (I think that's his name?) are just so cringe inducing. I find her very irritating, not sure why..

I think Lucy was clearly delighted with Steve, but I don't think he was as enamoured of her. It all felt quite awkward, and there were a lot of WTF faces from the guests.

Steve and Lucie seem an odd match. Looks and personality wise.

Lucy looks a lot older than Steve.

Oh dear, poor Steve seems so shy and nervous. I can't see this working. Adam and Sara...not sure. Looking forward to next week.

I loved how Lucy's friends reacted to the best man and then poor Steve.

I thought Steve was ok looking. I think Lucy looks like a Victorian wench. She was maybe expecting a dark and brooding guy in jodhpurs.

Amazed all 4 actually got married -thought for sure someone would bolt! Lucy & Steve I have my doubts about, although she comes across as warm. I think the women this time come across as friendly & open. The female of the couple that stayed together the longest from the first series was incredibly prickly, which I think is not a good trait.
I noticed in the trailers for next week Caroline says that DC look-alike was"the nicest, nicest guy.." and then the camera cuts away so I imagine that will be followed with "...but I don't fancy him" . But I could be wrong.

I thought Steve was ok, just very shy. Had a feeling that Lucy had rather unrealistic expectations...

Steve was nice,but more confidence and he's be REALLY nice imo,he's just a but timid atm. No idea why he thinks he's not good looking,hes a great catch.

Did anyone else think Sara's mum came across as really unpleasant? There were a couple of things she said about her daughter that I picked up on: "I thought she'd never get married - she's so particular" and "He seems to have a good sense of humour, which he'll need with my daughter". She said these with a totally straight face - possibly just a bone-dry sense of humour but it seemed serious. It was a bit sad to watch, especially with Sara having lost her dad at a young age.

Yes I didn't like Sara's mum either. She seems the type you could never please and it only took a bit of smooth talking from Adam for her to suddenly think he was great and her daughter was lucky

I thought Steve was nice. I can't see that lasting. Lucie appears quite confident. Her Mum looked lovely in her wedding outfit.. It must be hard for Lucie that her Mum has dementia at a young( ish) age.
I thought Sara's husband could have shaved for the occasion.

I thought he looked better before the wedding with his beard. I don't know what it is about Lucy, I think she seems a bit of a dreamer so married life might not live up to her ideals.

i,m not sure about either couple last night , i though Clark and Melissa matched each other physically both, very attractive and there seemed to be a spark and i thought Adam and Caroline were very cute together but last night i was a bit meh about both of them neither couple seemed well suited

They didn't tell us much about the matching process, which is really the interesting bit for me. They went into a lot of detail in the usa version, it was fascinating. Maybe they'll drip feed it throughout the series.

I think Sara'sum had valid points,her child could be marrying anyone - a wife beater,cheater,lazy slob,who knows?! She was probably very worried and totally relieved when he seemed like a nice man. The man last year looked nice but within a week he was back on Tinder because he was in denial he was gay

To be fair, if it was my DD I would be gutted and would probably turn up dressed in black and sobbing.
