Just re watching it now and it seems to me that Morgan hasn't changed at all and is still thinking he can save everyone by talking. And darts didn't seem to have the same wobble about killing live humans as he slashed the guards neck pretty easily

I think once Daryl has decided something's for the best in the abstract, he has no issue making it a reality and prefers to perform the deed rather than pass the buck. A good quality for someone to have in the ZA I reckon.

So do u reckon Morgan will make a cage, go try to kidnap Megan to make him see the error of his ways, but instead ends up being killed? I like this better than any other possibility tbh. I'm not keen on Morgan.

I absolutely heart Denny. Truly madly deeply. I sobbed when he died in GA. I was distraught for ages. Well until Torres started singing in that episode turning GA into Glee.

Jesus should have had a better idea if Rick and crew had "got" everyone including Negan.

BingoBonkers - I was v excited to see Denny has been cast as Negan. Such a charismatic man! Also sobbed at that scene. Can't listen to Snow Patrol Chasing Cars without seeing her clutching his body in her blue dress on the bed. SO BLOODY SAD!

I'm super interested to see who will die in the finale.

Both in terms of the story itself and TWD as a business.

My writer's head tells me it should be Daryl. I can't see where his character has to go ( unless the producers introduce love/sex which they seem vert reluctant about with this character).

It should be a sacrifice scene so he goes out a true hero.

But! Daryl is a huge cash cow for TWD so my business head says keep him and keep printing the tee shirts.

So who? It really ought to be one of the MCs. It ought to really hurt.

There's plenty of time yet for Jesus to replace Daryl in the hearts and dirty dirty fantasies of TWD fans. They've established their new cash cow...

I guess what I'm saying is that will take a lot of cojones to dispatch Daryl in this finale.

Game of Thrones is coming back on. They maybe feel they need to up things in the killing off much loved characters cojones stakes.

Whoever dies is going to be the catalyst for war with Negan.

So it should be someone meaningful. Daryl for my money. If he died ( particularly to save Carol and Maggie) then the entire group would come together to avenge his death. And the audience would be willing them on.

Same situation for Glenn or Carol ( but I think those characters have more pure story in them).

It's going to feel really lame if it's Abe or Aaron or Sacha. There's just not enough investment there for all our war.

Rick would go to war if Negan looked at him funny. He doesn't need a death. He started this war because someone he's only just met's friend's brother got abducted, and he wants to extort the oil food that they are extorting.

There doesn't need to be a significant death for the communities to war.

But there will be.

For me (as a writer and an audience member) that wouldn't be satisfying.

I don't want a body for the sake of it. I want it to be part and parcel of the motivation ( both internal and external) for season 7.
