I saw something saying the "clues" in the episode were that at the start of the programme you saw light from the ceiling of a container from first person perspective, and the end of the programme it was from their perspective too, so the person who was killed is one of the people in the container - Daryl, Glenn, Rosita, or Michonne.
(I'm sorry if someone has already mentioned that!)

Negan wants to break them pschologically. From that I'd say someone who wasn't broken by that point.
Carl, michonnne, Abe and potentially Glenn as he went out of line.
Someone mentioned lack of fringe (Abe or Carl) , staying upright (Abe) from the container (Glenn). I think they will underestimated Michonne & her importance to the group.
Abe comes across as a leader (as in Rick is Broken) , glen an Carl have obvious relationships with others in the group which would have an impact.

In the 1st person POV in the van, the person is in the middle. You see a head move in front of them. Michonne and Daryl are sitting to the side, Rosita at the front (so the head you see move) - with Glenn behind her in the middle. It's Glenn

I'm very very late to the thread, having only just caught up on the series, but I guess we have discussed who Negan kills in the comic?

Also, Walking Dead fame here, the title credits were made by a close family member of mine.
