I didn't seek it out, it's in active.

I saw the programme advertised and thought who the fuck would be thick enough to be taken in by such a vile programme...and now I know.

SantasLittleMonkeyButler · 09/11/2015 22:16

I also saw the thread in Active. I thought it might be discussing the depressing nature of the programme. But no, sadly not.

buddhasbelly · 09/11/2015 22:17

I always wonder what rubbish c5 must peddle to vulnerable people to get them to appear on these sorts of shows.

indeed usual

Owllady · 09/11/2015 22:19

It has been documented budda, that the producers/filming team buy them food, takeaways, beer/alcohol etc
I imagine they paid for the girls taxi back from shopping too. Not everyone who watched the program tonight was taken in by it....Wink

james90 · 09/11/2015 22:19

benefits are there for people who have lost there job or finding it hard not becouse you cant be arsed to get off ur arse and find a job. not being funny why cant we get the help like they do

Crankycunt · 09/11/2015 22:20

Fucking hell have I wondered over to the Daily Fails comments section? Some of the comments on here are just fucking stupid.

But I guess the program is doing what is says on the tin, and is whipping people who haven't got two brain cells to rub together to crank out a critical thought into a frenzy.

Kittyfrickle · 09/11/2015 22:20

People getting annoyed about people getting annoyed at an awful, propaganda tv showHmm

ouryve · 09/11/2015 22:20

Another one who wandered in from Active. Some right charming language in this thread. And I don't fucking mean swearing.Hmm

Shutthatdoor · 09/11/2015 22:22

SAS: Who Dares Wins. Can you believe how hot Foxy, Colin and Ant are? I'd like a lighthearted moan about how those three get to wear clothes whilst filming. They should all be naked.

Grin loving it

buddhasbelly · 09/11/2015 22:22

eurgh owl that's rather depressing that the producers stoop to such means

MrsJayy · 09/11/2015 22:24

I wish people would stop watching these crappy progammes then ch5 would stop making them.

Owllady · 09/11/2015 22:24

There is alot of word misuse on this thread. I was looking on freecycle earlier and there was a free bag of incandescent light bulbs. I giggled and wondered what they could be angry about and then remembered it has another meaning Blush

sugar21 · 09/11/2015 22:25

I wonder if IDS commissions these shit stirring programmes?

SantasLittleMonkeyButler · 09/11/2015 22:26

No sugar21, but his mates do.

sugar21 · 09/11/2015 22:27

Yeah he's too busy filling in his expense claim !

Quiero · 09/11/2015 22:28

"benefits are there for people who have lost there job or finding it hard not becouse you cant be arsed to get off ur arse and find a job. not being funny why cant we get the help like they do"

What help? What help do you need? aside from the obvious

Owllady · 09/11/2015 22:28

It's one of Ed Millibands friends!

gamerchick · 09/11/2015 22:29

We got an avalanche of this tripe immediately after he tax credit knock back. I can almost imagine Osborne and IDS saying 'right fuckers, unleash the benefits programs full throttle.. We're not playing now'

Owllady · 09/11/2015 22:33

It's Richard mckerrow, love productions who makes some of them

Kittyfrickle · 09/11/2015 22:38

Benefits should be for those who are in desperate need and have a genuine reason not to be able to earn their own money. Even now I am recently unemployed I refuse to claim anything because I don't believe I need to (I have savings to just about last me until I get my maternity leave). My (ex)friend bragged about how her benefits have bought her the new iPhone today on FB, just thought you guys would like to know where some of your hard earned money goes

gamerchick · 09/11/2015 22:39

It's funny I only ever read about bragging on benefits on here.. All the people I know IRL find life tough Hmm
