So there you are. Jess is sooooo reserved. Doesn't kiss on the first date etc., etc. Quite happily 'hooks up' though if it isn't a 'date'. Nobody cares if you hump your way round London dearie but own it. Don't pretend you are little miss virtuous when you aren't...

I put on the subtitles because he was mumbling like Brando in the Godfather. Part of it came up 'indistinct'. Says it all. I'm sure he didn't sing like that before.

And to carry on strumming once he'd invited her in?! Knobber!

That said, according to his tour reviews he was very well received. I googled because I thought he was joking about touring...

35 people on ticketmaster felt compelled to leave a review anyway. One can only assume he decided to pronounce things properly or folks weren't really bothered what the content of the song was.

Jess and Andy looked like they were moonlighting as Easyjet cabin crew at the rooftop garden party.

I quite like Fleur. Reckon Andy would have more fun with her than Little Miss Prissy Pants.

Jess has a severe case of I don't want you but I want you to want me and no one else. Poor Andy always falls for that. He did with Louise too, he should walk away and go out with Fleur who genuinely likes him.

Er, why exactly was it ok for Andy to snog Fleur but not for Jess to hook up with Jamie? Same old double standards.

Binky and JP seem perfect for each other. JP is my new favourite MIC boy, he's very funny.

Sam looks like he takes lots of substances he shouldn't, he looked positively haggard at the rooftop gardens (going there myself next week!)

I wondered the same thing about hooking up. I thought it meant sex but Jess compared herself to Fleur and so it seemed to be more about kissing. Fleur and Biscuits are shit friends. I quite like Jess but have no idea why she likes either if the boys.

How is Lucy a shit friend to Steph?Hmm Looking forward to next week.

Still think Jess needs to invest in a good hairbrush so it's less obvious when she is post hook up.

Like Lucy but I don't like the contrived situations she gets put in especially relationships. She is much better when she do eye rolling to full effect and look disdainful.

It's good to see Lucy back, but I can't see James and Lucy getting on - he's a bit too hearty and she's a bit too cynical - very much a showmance pairing.

I would have said the same about Binky and JP but - I think 'Do you know where Norfolk is?' 'Is it near Somerset'? indicates a meeting of minds.

My mum rang me to ask what 'hook up' meant. I said I understood it mean sex, but they seem to use it in MiC to mean kissing.

I think in MiC 'hook up' is used in a way that is vague - so the audience considers them to be shagging and thus adding to the drama, when in actual fact it's just kissing but kissing doesn't sound salacious enough. Also keeps it vague for the 8am E4 repeats.

I think in this case it seems to mean shagging, definitely.

I also think Andy is being a dick and almost like he's seen an opportunity to gain control with Jess, Fleur and Biscuits whereas before he was a competitor now he is the prize. He can make Biscuits feel bad so he stays away from Jess, Jess feel like she needs to work for him even though she wasn't that bothered before and Fleur still has to compete with her friend. Some dodgy sociopathic behaviour going on there.
