Anyone else counting down the days! I actually get nervous thinking about it. I have re watched all series and reading the books to pass the time.

Can't wait to see what they do with Sansa and Tyrion this series. And will we see the hound again and lady stone heart?

Iggi The show essentially overtook the books now, so these are not so much spoilers as are our impressions and hopes.

Amber i think maybe Bran will warg into one of the dragons so you are probably right that it doesn't have to be Dany.

I have a theory that in the final episode everyone will be fighting amongst themselves and against the White Walkers, then Gendry will come sailing into Kings Landing with arms the size of tree trunks after all that rowing, defeat everyone due to his now enormous strength and take the Iron Throne himself.

What if the WW have their own dragons? Ice dragons? I'm sure I've seen them mentioned in the books?

Originally Lady S appeared on IMDB as 'The Hooded Woman' in series 5 episode 10 until it was spotted, then it wasn't on IMDB anymore.

Episode 10 is called Mother's Mercy. I wonder if we're going to see Lady S in that episode and that she will rescue Sansa.

This is very speculative but would be great if it did happen.

For the people saying the show has overtaken the books (and obviously Tyrion's storyline has moved beyond - and changed somewhat) - are you aware that they are casting Euron Greyjoy for Season 6? Which will see the show moving backwards in terms of where the source material comes from (but not necessarily very far back in terms of timeline due to the timey wimey non linear nature of the narrative)?

Obviously that's just one strand (Bran is another, as is the possibility of the Sam and Rickon storylines). But it's too simple to say 'the show is now ahead'. In some bits it is and will continue to be, in others it isn't. Especially if TWOW comes out before next Easter (which it likely will).

herfrom Mother's Mercy might apply to Shireen as well, but I'd rather not think about that. According to the High Septon Loras's and Margery's judgement is mother's mercy. Dany is of course Mysha. Fat Walda is pregnant and Sansa may go that way, as Ramsay visits her every night (poor soul). Arya has an alias called Mercy. Gilly will be fine, she would survive a nuclear winter. Borgen woman, the wildling chieftain might appear again.

Why are you all talking about Gendry?

Because he was last seen, many episodes ago, paddling around the Narrow Sea in a rowing boat, and hasn't been heard of since. I, for one, am both curious and concerned about his whereabouts and well being.

Trills Earlier on Figster asked where Gendry might be. As we are all discussing our theories about future storylines, we just involved him - still diligently rowing in his boat - in our ideas.

And you want to see what those big arms look like now? :)

Saskia I am missing those comedy moments when people realise who Gendry's father is and they are about to tell him, but something comes up and they can't.

They could have done with Gendry in that boat at the end of the last episode. The lack of rowing away from the scary zombies was ridiculous.

I know ginger, all those could be explanations for Mother's Mercy. But I'd like Lady S to make an appearance.
