Anyone else counting down the days! I actually get nervous thinking about it. I have re watched all series and reading the books to pass the time.

Can't wait to see what they do with Sansa and Tyrion this series. And will we see the hound again and lady stone heart?

I don't want to go to bed. DP's away and it's really stormy here and the white walkers are blatantly going to come running over the fields and attack the house.

I think that was the first GoT episode ever that had me close to hiding behind the sofa.

I assume Valerian steel can kill white walkers. Is JS's sword valerian steel or am I imagining that?

I did briefly think that the WW JS killed was going to be JS's uncle - I can't remember what he looked like.

And I loved the wildling woman. Why did she have to say she'd follow soon? Hasn't she ever seen GoT?!

Wow@hardhome. Dead things indeed. Didn't expect that many. I completely fell in love with the Wildling woman, she was awesome, an equal voice if not a deciding voice in the community and a great fighter to boot but when she waved those girls goodbye...What a great shame because I would have liked to have seen more of her, without the blue eyes.

Arya's scenes were also good. Nice to see one POV going along as in the books.

Tyrion and Dany's scenes were also good.

You know that Sam has given Ollie justification for his betrayal, right?

I am reading Book 2 and watching series 5 - need to catch up on Series 1 -4 when this finishes. So I'm following two versions of Jon Snurr at once which is confusing!

The white walkers are the ones that create the zombies.

Zombies are not White Walkers. They seem to be destroyed if you smash them (or so I thought until the lemming scene, maybe it's only temporary). The white guys with what looks like muscular structure on the outside are the actual WWs and can only be killed with dragon glass, or Valyrian steel, or...

They've been setting up Oliver's betrayal of Jon Snow the entire season and now Sam has basically given him justification for it. If the season ends like the last book it'll be the kid Oliver who does it.
Not looking good for Jorah but haven't really liked him much this series. Pleased Tyrion has finally met up with Dany as now her scenes might be a bit more interesting.
