And so it continues. Please join in for our continued celebration of sexy beardy men with swords in leather trousers! If you have any ideas on how to get dodgy stains out of leather then please let us know in this thread. Of course I'm speaking about salad cream. What else would it be?

Letuspray- I was looking for that picture if him loading the gun. Made my morning.

LetUsPrey · 15/03/2014 07:06

Morning wenches. Aramis is sleeping. He's exhausted.

Won't be around much today. Off to the Big Bang Science Fair. I have already made the threat of right, we're not going at least twice. It's going to be a loooooong day.

AnneWentworth · 15/03/2014 07:08

I am still writing essays whilst running DS1 around. However there is a promise of wine when I pick him up this evening.

Aramis is not sleeping, he just came literally to wake me up.

MalcolmTuckersMistress · 15/03/2014 07:30

MORRRNIIIINNNNG! How are the heads? It's Sexmas Eve once again! Oh Hurrah.

Drink, I just caught up with your post from last night. I totally agree with what the others have said. It boils my piss that people actively ace outrage this kind of thing. There's a real trend at DDs school for the truly hideous worship of these banal and hideous boybands as young as Nursery. You see them with their 1D bags and they all have 1D cakes and parties for their birthdays. The parents are encouraging this ridiculous hero worship on their DDs and it's just silly.

Mavis made a valid point about Doctor Who earlier. When I was DDs age all I cared about was DW and ponies (my how things have changed Grin) but I had brothers and DW was seen as something boys liked. Well fuck that for a game of soilders. My DD is exactly the same as me and she also loves drawing. She does like her Bratz things but she's not overly fussed about pink and princess. The stuff is there, god only knows we've been given a shed load over the years, but she sticks to her favourite things. Ponies, Doctor Who, drawing. They once had a princesses and pirates day at nursery and it was rather amusing because there were a fair few girl pirates and boy princesses!

You seem a determined type Drink. Don't worry about her and just carry on as you are encouraging her to be what she is...a three year old! She will thank you in the end. Take a big pinch of "I Don't Give A Fuck What You Think" and just keep being an awesome mum who clearly has VERY good taste in actors!

I also know for a fact if I was ten years old today is would bloody LOVE musketeers. It would have been right up my street. Obviously, though the eyes of a ten year old and not a pervy 35 year old...we just have added bonuses as we get older.

Anne I promised you an Aramis...I'll do it now. Hang on...

(Oh and as for outing myself I've probably done it about a gazillion times over, but oh well!)

Aww, you lot. It's good to see I'm not the only one like this wrt dd. Sometimes feels like it in RL.

TwitMcAwesome · 15/03/2014 08:00

What about me? I gave you hot leather and made my eyes water and knees weak. And the other one.

Actually, you made me laugh longer and harder than I have done for ages. So that will do me, thank you. I giggled on and off last night and got the Hmm off DH.

MalcolmTuckersMistress · 15/03/2014 08:00

What is WRT? I still can't work it out.

MTM - that is fabulous. I can't see the writing on my phone but it looks like it says something about me giving him the raging horn.

You really are very talented. Thank you, thank you and thank you.

DrinkFeckArseGirls · 15/03/2014 08:16

Wrt with regards to

TwitMcAwesome · 15/03/2014 08:27

So, have just gone back up thread to re click on links. What's this about assemblies? I had to go to a school assembled yesterday.

MalcolmTuckersMistress · 15/03/2014 08:27

HAHAHAHA I'm wracking my brain thinking it's some kind of mumsnet parenting technique abbreviation that I have never heard of!

OP posts:
MalcolmTuckersMistress · 15/03/2014 08:29

Anne, glad you like it!

Twit...I think it's ME who should worry, I'm the only one who didn't go to one! Am I the bad guy? Am I going to get choked with the cardinal's poison?

OP posts:
TwitMcAwesome · 15/03/2014 08:30

Oh, that's cool! Although he'd have jelly legs after me. I'll hose him off and put him in a wheelbarrow and push him over to yours if you like anne.

MavisGrind · 15/03/2014 09:01

Morning wenches! Very lazy day planned here although I wish I had done the ironing last night as I should have instead of drinking too much wine and raiding iTunes

Sparklegeek · 15/03/2014 09:41

Well! I obviously went to bed way too early last night, I missed all the good stuff (pics). Esp D'Art v wet & Aramis...well, any Aramis.

Today's aim is to work out how to get pics on my posts. And to get my desktop wallpaper onto my phone as its background. That will be over to DS2.

DH has mentioned possibility of a new contract at the BBC. Last time he worked there he saw the queen (Elizabeth II, not Anne) & Gary Lineker. He's really got to up his game this time. I asked if there was any chance of it being based in Prague. There was a lot of eye-rolls & shaking heads between him & DS1.

MalcolmTuckersMistress · 15/03/2014 10:08

Sparkle, he probably realises that as soon as that sexy leather-clad piece of ass saw you, he'd immediately want you and so your DH would feel a bit threatened. I suspect that's why he must have turned down that particular part of his contract.

Sparklegeek · 15/03/2014 10:12

...What?....Sorry?

AnneWentworth · 15/03/2014 10:15

"Order it as you please, sire; you possess the right of pardon." Said the cardinal.

"The right of pardoning only applies to the guilty," said Treville, who was determined to have the last word, "and my Musketeer is innocent. It is not mercy, then, that you are about to accord, site, it is justice."

Up yours Cardinal.

I think I might now be a bit in love with Treville too. By the way he is getting Athos out if the Bastille.
