It's back, beginning on 15th September on WATCH. This year should be interesting as apparently they have made changes to the format that didn't' go down too well with viewers. Anyway I'm looking forward to spending time with George, Gary and Matt for the next few months.

It leads to an immunity challenge, is that perhaps the issue?

Davros · 06/11/2013 19:04

It seems to be one out. Each episode has got the title if the next one!!

Sunnymeg · 06/11/2013 22:10

Amazed at Noelene's attitude to Heston last night. One of the most accomplished cooks ever, and she wants him to find her missing ingredients! It was almost like she got in a panic and forgot who he was.

Think her days are numbered!"

They changed masterclass night didn't they, I was all set to watch Sunday, Monday, skip Tuesday (masterclass) and watch tonights episode, but Sunday ended up being masterclass, or else I'm getting very confused Confused, have I missed an episode?

Icelollycraving · 07/11/2013 08:14

The immunity challenge was great. Surprising result I think. I thought they would choose differently.

LIZS · 07/11/2013 08:16

for some reason this series hasn't fallen into a regular 6-day pattern so MC episodes moves each week.

SDTGisAnEvilWolefGenius · 07/11/2013 10:15

I think Heston showed great self-control not to react to Noelene - I was shocked at how rude she sounded! He is coming over as a very nice, genuine bloke. I really enjoyed watching the immunity challenge last night, and loved how self-deprecating he was. I did think it was a shame that none of them won an immunity pin - though it is such a huge help, they do have to make sure someone does a stellar job if they are going to win one.

I think they should have given Heston a pin, for his efforts, though!

PseudoBadger · 07/11/2013 10:49

I thought Daniel was going to get a pin. He's my new tip to win.

Icelollycraving · 07/11/2013 11:40

Wtf did Rishi make?! What was he thinking?!
They knew a pudding would ensure he screwed up.

PseudoBadger · 07/11/2013 16:44

He made a shite copy of Rene's snowman. I bet Rene was appalled!

LIZS · 07/11/2013 21:59

So who's going ! ?

NormanTheForeman · 07/11/2013 22:02

I don't know, but it will be interesting to see.

I think Heston is great though!

Icelollycraving · 08/11/2013 10:17

The banquet was a great episode. I loved seeing Noelene in her element, she seemed to just light up. So sad to see her go into elimination.

Ellenora5 · 09/11/2013 22:25

Icelolly I was raging she went, at the banquet episode I was shouting at the telly, "don't stuff the turkey, it won't cook in time", but I think she really improved throughout the series and genuinely didn't seem to mind leaving.

Kelty is really coming on isn't he, and I think Rishi is getting a bit too sure of himself and needs to tone it down a bit.

NormanTheForeman · 09/11/2013 23:12

Well, that's the thing - Noelene was good at a lot of stuff, but it was in the end her fault that she insisted on stuffing the turkey, which resulted in the team losing. So it was fair that she went really.

I still think Rishi is good (though maybe a bit over-confident) and think Daniel has been a bit under the radar but is now looking good. Kelty a nice bloke, but don't think he will win. Don't know about Lynton. Christina is still in the running, not so sure about Emma, don't think Samira will make it. Have no idea about Lucy.

Icelollycraving · 11/11/2013 09:58

Aaah,I must not read this until I've watched them.
Watched the elimination round,Noelene was completely out of her depth. Strangely enough Samira had the best dish. Be interesting to see how she fares in Dubai.

Icelollycraving · 12/11/2013 09:44

Just watched the Dubai show. Kelty was sweating so much, that chilli thing looked potent!
Rishi does work hard but I find him really irritating,he has such cockiness.
I don't know what it says about me but I wondered what washing powder they use in Dubai to get the whites so white (I realise they were probably wearing new stuff).

NormanTheForeman · 12/11/2013 20:59

I thought Lucy did really well tonight. She was very organised with the mise-en-place and so enthusiastic with the service. She obviously enjoyed herself a lot, and it showed in her cooking.

Ellenora5 · 13/11/2013 16:04

I really enjoyed last nights, although I did feel a bit sorry for Kelty and Lucy, they really earned their place and then for no one to face elimination has to be hard, mind you the look on Samiras face was priceless, she was not to happy, her dish was the only one not mentioned by the judges, and as for her meltdown, that was ridiculous, she really does not like Kelty.

Lynton and Christine need to step up their game, Rishi is very good but as I said before he is getting a bit too cocky.

Icelollycraving · 13/11/2013 17:28

Lynton crying :( Samira didn't really blow us away did she?!

getdownshep · 13/11/2013 18:29

Did Daniel and Emma go to Paris with Matt Preston? They were there for the restaurant task, then the next episode preview they were all back in Oz.
Poor Lynton,he sounds like he really needs this.
I was crying with himSad

Icelollycraving · 13/11/2013 19:16

Oh yes, forgot about Paris! Odd old business.

LIZS · 14/11/2013 08:03

ooh Samira in the firing line again !

Davros · 14/11/2013 08:38

I've only just finished Heston week and will actually watch MC for once as he seems to be doing it. I shouldn't read this thread until I've caught up but can't resist! I'm sorry to hear about Lynton crying! He's lovely, he may not be the best cook out of them but he's so nice I'd like him to go as far as possible even if he doesn't win.

LIZS · 15/11/2013 18:41

is it Paris/Masterclass tonight ?
