It's back, beginning on 15th September on WATCH. This year should be interesting as apparently they have made changes to the format that didn't' go down too well with viewers. Anyway I'm looking forward to spending time with George, Gary and Matt for the next few months.

I didn't think it looked as complex as the chef woman was saying. I think it was more of a time frame issue. I can see why Noelene could irritate but I don't mind her.
The putting the bell on the dish would have made it hard to send him home. Lucky for him that his was good.

There weren't that many components to assemble and they do have access to a blast chiller so setting shouldn't have been a problem and they must have had gaps while waiting. Neha's mousse lacked air because she knocked it out so hers wasn't quite as pretty inside.

Yep, I've seen it, happy enough with who went home, I agree with you about that cake, it can't have been as hard as suggested, it was only layering it properly and freezing it, not that I could do it or even be bothered to Grin, I wonder how much she would charge for that, probably costs a fortune, I quite like Noelene

I really thought Vern would go into top 3.

I think the thing that made that cubic chocolate cake difficult was having to do it in a restricted time. I am sure they could all have done it perfectly if they had had enough time.

I think they are often given too little time, to make better tv, of course, and can't do as good a job as they are capable of. Sometimes I would rather they had a bit more time, and a better outcome.

So who does everyone want to win then? I like Lynton, and have a bit of a soft spot for Noelene, because although originaly she seemed not to listen, I think she has learned from that and moved on. Rishi is quite talented. Lucy is good, but maybe a bit "safe". I like Kelty as a person, but not sure he could cut it in a busy kitchen. Samira ok but not a winner. Daniel a bit of a dark horse. Didn't see much of him earlier on, but has come up from behind. Emma seemed good earlier on, but haven't seen so much of what she can do lately. Not sure about Christina either.

The two people I thought were good but got eliminated were Liliana and Jules.

I've had Lynton down to win since early on.

Noelene is growing on me - at first I thought she was very basic and slapdash, but she's really improving.

We all love Kelty in our house and cheer him on at every opportunity. Again, he has done well after a shaky start.

Lucy looks like a top 3 contender, she doesn't appear to have any weaknesses.

Emma - I'm not really sure about, she has the pin, so that's good for her and may keep her in longer.

Rishi is great fun and probably a top 3 contender.

Samira isn't even good at her own cuisine and really ought to go out again soon.

I don't think Daniel or Christina have got what it takes to win

I just wanted Kelty to last longer than Vern, I felt Vern had no respect for Kelty despite him producing some really good stuff. To be honest I felt at the beginning he was a bit of a bully. Noelene has really grown on me too one withering look from her says more than a thousand words ( though i'm sure it said at the beginning she had been through 4 husbands!)Overall i think rishi is very strong and lynton a bit of a dark horse!

Kelty is nice - but just not consistently competent. I think Rishi has a real chance. He took charge this evening but the team he was in did really well.

I think Heston week will be great!

I cannot decide if I like Rishi or find him a controlling arse. Still like Noelene but she's lucky to have got this far.
Daniel is not anything spesh,a bit under the radar.
Samira needs to go.
Emma is lucky to have that pin,reckon she'll be using it soon enough.
Christina is not consistent & flappy.
Lucy is generally pretty good but I don't think she's going to win. I do like her though.
Lynton is very sweet,we all love a bit of Lynton.
I like Kelty,he was really crap to lull the others into a false sense of security.

Rishi is a controlling arse disguised as a nice guy.
Samira looked petrified by the thought of a week of Heston; she needs to go. Also I can't see Noelene making it through this week unscathed.

I think Rishi or Kelty could win. I like both of them. I like Emma, not sure she's good enough, ditto Lucy. I love Lynton. Can't wait to see the Heston episode later with DH and DD

Is anyone else having trouble with the titles of recordings? Our recordings are suddenly called the wrong thing and it's very confusing! I deleted a master class only to find it was something else that I wanted to watch. Luckily I could retrieve it. The first Heston episode says its an immunity challenge
