Agree about the format. I want to know more about the people and I want to see high-end cooking, not spag bol and crumble catering. Half the excitement in the past was seeing michelin-style creativity coming from novices. I like Saira too.

Watching last night's episode on catch up now and agree with everyone, the standard and format are really disappointing this year. How are they managing to balls up such a great programme?!

Programme has gone to the dogs . I watched both this weeks episodes on tape last night back to back and was astounded by the lack if talent . It's only half an hour tonight . What on earth can they show in that time?
