Anyone watching or am I all alone?

Was posting on the other thread but wondered if people might have been put off by the title thinking it was only for speculation.

Saul's a goodie. I'm 97% sure. My baddie money is still on Estes.

Carrie will remember but only after we've all convinced ourselves she hasn't remembered.

Well I thought that was AMAZING. And right at the last minute she remembers that Brodie knew Nazir's son, because he called his name in his sleep. But her sister didn't catch what she said, and the nurse took no notice. She was left as a Holy Fool who holds the key to everything, but nobody listens to. And the shock treatment will probably wipe that memory from her mind, so Brodie will be left unfettered.

Bring on series two! I can't wait.

Loved it. Thought carrie was brilliant.

Claire Danes got the Golden Globe but I sort of think there should be another new award just for her. She was outstanding. Someone said on the other thread that when Carrie was agitated, she felt agitated, and I was the same - astonishing acting to convey that so well.

OOh ooh did Brody find the memory card that he recorded his suicide video onto? Did Walker take it? Cos if that gets into the wrong hands.....

Also, if they find Walkers body won't they be able to trace the kind of gun that shot him? Which could bring them to Brody's door

I noticed that about the memory card- surely it would be discovered by the authorities if it was on Walker's body? I can't imagine that a special ops Marine would forget to take it off him, but we don't see Brodie do that.

But then we didn't see Brodie leave the body, did we? We also don't know it was Walker who had the rest of the stick of yellow chalk.

So Dp decided he wanted to distract me the whole way thru(hes seen it before when downloaded), sent him to the shop and he calls me for 10 mins about what to buy and then i missed what brody said to carrie GRRRRR

She wasnt the original choice. In the pilot the wife was played by an actress who is in Lip Service on BBC3, dark haired scottish. Cant link atm

Walker made the chalk mark- its a Marine thing. And he took the memory card, definitely.

Cybbo, I said that on here ages ago that the pilot wife was a different actress and everyone said I was wrong.

She wasn't actually in the pilot though, didn't we work out? She was dropped before filming.

Chalk marking is standard spy tradecraft - features in the Le Carre novels etc. So I don't think we can assume marine. Could have been anyone.

Oh I agree the wife was dreadful and good point re a converted Muslin cracking open the beer!!
