I remember in th'olden days when there were no spoilers. The nation had no idea whether Deidre would choose to stay with Ken or do a runner with Mike Baldwin until it was actually broadcast. And we didn't know who shot JR.

So for those of us with no life who enjoy Corrie without spoilers, a new thread discuss our beloved soap with all its flaws

Ken said that deirdres 'morrocan' was beaten to death by the canal - he actually died giving our tracy a kidney. So, was ken making it up for wendy or have the writes completely cocked up???

He was beaten to death by the canal. She got the transplant because of that (but he had agreed to do it anyway)

WhyTheFeck is Wendy back? Gloria needs to sod off and so does Eva and Carl and Ryan and Kirsty needs to feck right off with her wierd family and leave Tyrone and Ruby to live happily ever after. Kirsty is a proper nasty nutjob.

The Kirsty family story is shit , could have been much better written. And why do Kirsty and Tyrone sit on that teeny sofa when as we have seen they have a big front room?!

Unbelievable that having had Kirsty's dad storm in already that they would not be on guard for him coming back again.

The Ryan/Tracey thing has run out of steam, surely he is not that stupid. He seems to have been able to kick the drugs without any effort or help or setbacks.

As for Wendy, how ridiculous that Ken could be elected chair of governors without even being on the body beforehand.

I wish Eva would get a bra that actually fits instead of having that '4 boob' effect. I can't work out exactly where they are going with the DV storyline.

Why didn't Tyrone and Kirsty say 'No mum, you are staying RIGHT here!'? It looked like she wanted them to say something but they left the decision up to her.

And WHY WHY WHY didn't Ken mention to Deirdre that he'd met up with Wendy???? Surely they aren't going to have a fling?

I really hope Ty goes for that Declaration of Parentage that Fizz was on about, because it involves a DNA test. I can see exactly where the writers are going with this storyline. Wonder if it'll be part of the Christmas storylines or if it'll be resolved by then?

I want Kirsty to go now she's blackmailing Tyrone and, yes, Fizz and Tyrone with their 2 babies sounds a good happy ever after story. Then we can get back to Sunita/Carl and some bitchy stuff.

That factory is amazing - they hre managers at the drop of a hat - seemingly did ot need maternity cover for kirsty, and take her back at a days notice. And as Kev pointed out her wages (minimum wage?) must eb a fraction of Ty's. And since she is so sharp, you'd-a-thunk she would have realised if he looks after Ruby he'll have a much better custody position...

Ty needs to get the locks changed while she's at work. Report her to social services. Move in with Fiz.

She was in the police till recently though so she probably had paid enough in NI to get SMP
