Is Homeland Great or What?!

Just watched part 2 of Homeland shown on Channel 4 last night.

Fantastic drama with an excellent script, superb acting and lots of twists and turns.

Has he been brainwashed????

But why would he try and bluff the baddies this far - to the point where lives are at risk?

The failed plot or not going through with it, and waiting sets us up nicely for series 2.

So with Brody and all his beer drinking and staring out at the wondrousness of the view from his roof, do we think he's 'turned' himself back (returned??) and is now going to be a double agent in series 2?!

It was great but I think they should have killed Brody off. I would love to see how they get round him still being in it without it stifling a new story.

Wow that was brill! How long do we need to wait till season 2?
Can't see how season 2 would be as good though unless carrie miraculously gets er job back!
I think Brody will be a double agent in S2

He will be a double agent or maybe treble (is that possible?) and we will then spend the series guessing if he's a baddie (still) or a goody now.

I think Saul is the mole. He's very moral and the CIA top brass were shown to be bad guys too.

Who was the mole?? I thought the whole thing was so clever & agree that Brody was bad.

I thought it did a very good job of showing how the ambition of individuals can put people's lives at risk without their realising what they are actually doing in the bigger scheme of things. Sad

wonder if carrie will remember the bit with brodie that she remembered just before the shock treatment...
that happened really quickly - would they really have performed that treatment so soon after her episode? she hadn't been treated properly with meds had she?
