Agree about men not fancying her - watched her cavorting in her leotard with DP and he kept going on about her "big arse". V. odd. Then the Jessica Simpson video came on and he went VERY quiet and started drooling... Why do men always go for the obvious? Sigh.

I'm actually quite surprise that she didn't forsee the Yuk factor in her latest vid.

She is normally very good at getting it right, remeber that comboy outfit video she did? That was excellent IMO even though I can't remeber what it's called.

This video just repluses me, she's 47 FGS, that is just gross. I don't know any other 47 year old who would prance about in that get up, famous or not, have some diginty.

meysey · 17/11/2005 23:22

a very trendy young girl at work has had a flicked hairdo for a while. so Madonna is actually very on the ball...

as for cosmetic surgery, if you look at that "awful plastic surgery" website she is listed as an example of good surgery... that was before the latest incarnation...

I am never sure whether to love or loathe her, but she is quite a good mutton barometer. I will be lacing up my boots and slipping into a bomber jacket tomorrow. And hiding my arms!

Chandra · 17/11/2005 23:44

Am I the only one here who thinks that she is developing a very strange resemblance to Barbara Currie ? (It doesn't show so much in the cover of the video, but if you see the video they really look creepyly alike!!!)

Eaney · 18/11/2005 20:11

What did you think of her dress tonight on Children in Need?

jenk1 · 18/11/2005 20:17

Terrible, ive started another thread as she kept rubbing her belly which i noticed, and she had a little bump hmmmm.............

WickedWestCountryLass · 18/11/2005 20:48

I love sparkly spangly lurex, I think the dress was quite fitting for the style of the song.

handlemecarefully · 18/11/2005 21:42

Well clearly Madonna should get a nice twinset and pearls and a subscription to People's Friend. Tbh some of the ageism on here really disappoints me. Is it possible for women to be misogynists? - as I'm sure there is some of that about on this thread.

Women over 40 clearly should be invisible...

and really who cares whether or not she is attractive to men. Since when have men mattered?

CliffRichardSucksEggsinHell · 18/11/2005 21:53

This is Madonna's new look apparently. The clothes are by Dior. I think she looks great for her age! Good on her!

handlemecarefully · 18/11/2005 21:55

Oh good Kama - not just me then

handlemecarefully · 18/11/2005 21:57

PMSL - you are very droll! who are you Cliffy?

CliffRichardSucksEggsinHell · 18/11/2005 21:58

I am the festive one! I am the mighty and holy one! I speak to God daily! Bow down before me you lowly mortal!

handlemecarefully · 18/11/2005 22:04

Snort - you're mad

CliffRichardSucksEggsinHell · 18/11/2005 22:19

That's what they all say, but that is before they have been guided to the truth, the whole and absolute truth, for there is only one truth, the real truth, and that is me, I mean Jesus, yes, I said Jesus didn't I?
