I’m very tempted by Elle but I’ve got a lot of BD credit so I’m waiting to see if they do a beauty edit (was saving up for the BAC but not wowed by it this year). I’ve just seen a Liberty skincare edit on Facebook but no sign of it on their actual website 🧐

Thank you @IlovePond for the new thread, I've only been lurking for a few days 🤣
Just to warn those of you who have purchased the Space NK calendar, the No 1 draw item has leaked. Not terribly, but enough to be noticed and to have stained some of the surrounding box.
I have contacted customer service and will keep you updated on the outcome.
It's very disappointing considering the amount of money the AC cost!

I just found my old SpaceNK calendar from last year and have now decanted the products from my dented and torn CB one into that. I have account credit at CB and the £20 voucher to spend so I'm planning on putting that towards one or two of their Xmas edits so I can replace some of the stuff in the calendar I don't want.

My Harrods BAC has arrived! I'm so pleased I ordered on the first day it was available to pre-order so that I was one of the first cohort to receive it! Oh, wait...

Anyway, it's lovely and I'm just checking it. Can someone remind me which items might be problematic and which drawers they were in please?

Cult Beauty supplied my £20 voucher code by message and now say it may only work once I follow the link from the email in which I received the code. Is this just a fight to the death / I get too bored and irritated and give up? Has anyone received a voucher code and successfully used the code? Whenever I apply it to my basket, the basket refreshes and says 'full price' or something like that.

Is there any benefit to buying JM directly from JM rather than from a retailer- as in do they do good gwp, extras or freebies ever? I’m still looking at it with desire and may succumb at some point in the next few weeks (after payday I imagine).

@DidILeaveTheGasOn I got my CB code by email and just copied it into the discount box. I think it worked, but it takes a bit off each item, so with the 20% off that was already included, was quite difficult to tell! 🤣

Sorry, I mean customer services emailed me a code, as I didn't receive the original email with code, even after they re-sent.

My HFAC arrived..woohoo 💃 it all seems good, so I can now move on (to my next calendar 😀)

I like the look of Elle very much, JLFAC and HHAC.
I really need nothing in the way of fragrance and beauty, yet I’m still considering adding one or two 😬 Last year I thought I had 7, but I realise I had 8! Definitely not buying as much this year, not as tempted and realising I may have hoarded far too much already. 😳

I popped into TKMaxx yesterday and managed to buy two Aery candles and This works one. I do hope that HHFAC is a mix of home fragrance and not all candles.

Now I have two beauty advents, I really shouldn’t get anymore. But I still have half an eye on M&S. And I do absolutely love the look and contents of the Rituals Train one, despite the actual value v price being a bit rubbish. I would use it all (in time…). Hoping a good discount comes along in time!

It doesn’t look as though l’artisan Parfumeur is doing a calendar this year, which is a shame. Im waiting to see whats in the French Pharmacy calendar this year, and would love to get the Selfridges fragrance calendar. If Im able to get that, then I may open two of the 12 day calendars during December.

I’ve just gone back to look at the Rituals calendars, and you know what, I’m actually thinking the £99 one is actually lovely too and probably much more sensible. Will patiently wait in hope for a discount and have a Jadvent.
