Removing microbladed eyebrows - URGENT

Has anyone had microbladed eyebrows removed? I had microblading done on Tuesday, and the brows are odd - one higher, arched, thin and light. The other is short, curved, dark and diferent altogether. I rang the salon the next morning and spoke with the woman who did it (she owns the salon). After a great deal of hostility from her, she asked me to go tomorrow morning ao that she can "sort it out". Googling it, it seems that the best method would be lasering, but I'm worried.

But they're a different height and shape.

Just to say, I don't think they look bad! That's not to minimise the upset... Just want you to know that I as a rando on the internet wouldn't have thought twice about them if I saw you in real life. They've definitely nicer than my natural eyebrows!

They are, but I mean that they’re not those big really dark eyebrows that some people have, so easier to disguise and less ‘look at me’ than some…

Ok so I know absolutely nothing about micro gliding but luckily your eyebrows are quite pale so I personally wouldn’t notice the problem as a random person. Obviously not the right result for you but not noticeable to most people. Definitely chase up as much as you can.X

You're not wrong that she did a bad job and you should definitely get a refund.

BUT please don't feel self-conscious or let your lovely holiday be spoiled because from that point of view they are genuinely fine i.e not noticeable unless you point out that they're uneven.

They are nowhere near as bad as I expected them to be. They’re not perfect but walk around any town centre and you’ll see loads of women with dodgier brows than that.

I can see why you’re unhappy with shape but we’re only analyzing your eyebrows because that’s what the thread is about and if I’d never met you before I wouldn’t look twice at them .

Yes agree. They aren't right and you have every reason to be upset. But they aren't hideous either. People would notice if you pointed it out. I'm not trying to minimise your upset at all abd I hope they can be put right. But no one is going to stare, comment or think bad of your appearance. You have a lovely face and skin.

When you see her, don't let her attempt to correct or balance them. Just get your refund and don't sign anything to say that you won't take any further action. Is it just microblading you had done or is there some powder brow there too? Find out which pigment (brand) was used.

Good things: they're light and natural in colour, she's been very sparse with her strokes (which actually look quite fine), brows are not too close together. If I saw you in public, I wouldn't register your brows. You have lovely eyes and skin.

Not so good things: they're completely different, the round brow is too high and needs to be removed and corrected. The other brow is ok, needs extending.

Please go and enjoy your holiday, no one will notice your brows. 💐

Was they much darker when done or have you not entered the 'fading' part yet? Because your eyebrows in that photo are the same shade as my 'after' fully healed. So they may well fade more so yet, I do see the difference in shape but as a PP said, it's because that is what we are looking for!

Don't let her touch you again, get your refund, and see what it's like post holiday.

Honestly they are quite natural looking at least, but i completely get why your upset, I have a really tiny patch of dark on mine because I had a scar there and I notice is every time I look at it, but no one else does even when I point it out.

My eyebrows are also uneven but they follow my face shape so it works. Yours do too, I do understand your unhappiness, but don't let it ruin your holiday!

If I were you wouldn’t let her touch them again! Get your refund and leave. And please don’t let it spoil your holiday, my natural brows are worse than that!

I am glad you are getting your money back from this horrible woman. Don't let her back you down. And don't let her "fix" them. It's great they are not too dark.

You can fade dye with oil, any cooking oil, olive oil, rubbed on and left on for a while. Maybe a little antidandruff shampoo, if you have any in the house.

The colour is quite light & I know it might look a lot worse to u that it appears to others . Please don’t cancel your holiday over this . My sister is a beautician & honestly I have seen way worse than this before she works her magic on her clients .

I see what you mean, but honestly most people wouldn't even notice. I hope you get it sorted, but don't panic if there isn't a quick fix.

I don't think to they are too bad, certainly a stranger wouldn't even notice any issue but at the same time I can see your issue. You need a refund and a discussion as to what could be done. Then take your refund to someone else.

Agree with others - they’re not right, but I wouldn’t look at them twice. I pencil mine and sometimes it’s not the best job but I don’t think anyone notices or cares. On the other hand, that’s not the point and you wanted them doing right and I can completely see why you’re upset.

Having seen the pics, I agree the arched one isn't great but I was expecting them to be very dark too- which they aren't. What colour did you ask for? How did you find her? What reviews did you read? What are her qualifications?

I would keep all communication by email and not answer the phone if this is the attitude she has. What a nightmare! If you get a missed call from her, email instead and say you are following up the missed call you got from her at {time} on {date}. She will soon get the message that you’re not fucking around. Do not be fobbed off by “come back in 6 weeks” either, it sounds like this is an attempt to waste time.

if you’re worried about holidays get a cheap eyebrow pencil and practice filling them in so that the unevenness looks less noticeable. I recommend essence brand of eyeliner pencil if you’re in need of a soft pencil that does the job. Although it is an eyeliner pencil I use this for my eyebrows as the shade Lucky Lead is an exact match for my natural colour.

Just saw this comment and my advice is still the same -try to even them out by using eyebrow pencil. Just practice first and take your time.

I’d get a refund and not let her touch your face again.
Do lots of research into local eyebrow technicians with a vast portfolio, find the best and contact them for an appt/advice.

How rubbish that you’ve had this experience! I’m so sorry it’s not been a good one.
