Liberty Maze this morning. I wanted something fresh, floral and spring-like.
The temperature has dropped and it’s raining 🤣

Idole D'Armani today, going for something flora but spicy but I am now getting syrup-y scent which I am not sure I entirely like yet....

Byredo blanche, this is a clean laundry scent and ok now and then but it does feel a bit like putting my head in a box of persil. For me, aldehydic scents need to be mixed with something. Alto astral which has coconut water vibes is my favourite.

Sotd Delina. Just finished a 10ml bottle 🤩

Bibbi rainbow rose. This is a lovely fresh rose with a musky aspect. Hard to describe but its nice

I need to dig this one out. I think it was in last year's edit and I liked it.

Today was Diptyque Fleur de Peau. Not worn it for a while but a favourite when I fancy a light, powdery scent.

@OvaHere Love Fleur de Peau. Always makes me feel good when I wear it.

I'm trying out my Saltworks discover pack. So far there's 2 out of six I really like. Brown sugar which isn't a particularly sweet scent despite its name and tobacco soleil which I think is my overall favourite so far.

My body mist arrived. It's So...? Brazilian Soul which was an Asda exclusive, but was unavailable on their website, but I found it on the website of a chemist that only exists in Northern Ireland.

Since then I've caught up with the other So...? body mists I was after, and rearranged my shelves so all my So...? are in the same place. I have a lot. I think I've got (or had) every single one in those shaped bottles. 😊

Tabac Soleil is my favourite of all the Saltworks. Try layering it with L'Orangerie.

I have heard good things about Rain Wood and Soap too. I think they're limiting the samples one person can order so I'm considering getting DH to order a set of three as well so I can try some different ones.

I got Incense Water which I absolutely adore but will definitely be a winter fragrance for me. Plus I also got Ink but wasn't that impressed with it.....it definitely leans more masculine so I think it would suit DH more than me. It is meant to evoke ink on paper but I didn't get that from it....it smelled quite citrussy and green to me.

Incence water and Powder both did exactly as their names suggest. Very different but both lovely.

Taking a break from florals and spices today. Ventured into the experimental world of leather. SOTD: Irish Leather by Memo

@jaelato1 ☺️ I'm still cross with myself for throwing away the empty bottles of ones I've used up that have been discontinued. Oh well.

SOTD, I put on Maui Waves (citrussy) this morning, Iced Melon (melon and cucumber with some violet) around lunch time and Pina Colada (pineapple, coconut and something floral) this evening. (All by So...?) Some of them last longer than others, I can still smell the coconutty base of the last one. 😊

Abel laundry day. You would think this was an aldehydic clean spray but it's not, to my nose. Its a fizzy citrus not too sharp, there's a softness to it. Like a nicer version of nest creme de clementine.

Saltworks Kami Tonka (free sample). Quite nice, but not very me.

Vilhelm sparkling jo. Smells just like champagne!

SOTD Mary Greenwell Lemon EdP. It’s a beautiful lemon chypre. I have been eking this out because it’s discontinued and I love it. When it got disconned I went to the local stockist and bought everything they had. Now I have one bottle left and then it’s all gone.

Still into spicy freshness and today's offering is dvn crazy basil! Ooh this one's a good un, ticking all the boxes and I can smell the basil quite strongly.

Dries van noten is a very under rated house. I got the aoyama discovery set, not disappointed.

Not sure id want more than just a sample but for experimenting this is great.

I had held off this morning from using a fragrance as I knew this would be delivered, BUT for some reason I keep getting wafts of something lovely on me... I think it might be the Aromatherapy Associates "morning revive" oil I used in the shower this morning.

Dilemma - to start skin-sampling the new arrivals, or carry on enjoying my current subtle wafty fragrance (I only have a tiny bottle of the shower oil, so don't want to "waste" it).
