How common is it for women over 40 to have chin hairs ?

I'm a 41 years old woman and I'm very embarrassed. I keep getting these chin hairs and I keep plucking them. I hear that unfortunately this can happen to women over 40 but I'm wondering how common is it.
Also what to do about it, other than plucking them with tweezers.

has anyone mentioned toe hair yet or am I the only hobbit?
On our breaktme durimg development day someone mentioned hairy toes, I cant remember how the subject came up but I denied knowledge of such things. I didnt want to admit my toes don't need socks as they are well covered!!

In my 50s and not had these either. My under arm hair wasn’t sparse though and I did shave my legs when younger.

I also have Denis Healey eyebrows that pop up overnight. They get plucked as well

I used to sit at the table in the staff room and pluck mine, and the younger staff would laugh at me. They're all doing it now.

It comes for us all.

Surely staff room tables aren’t the place for plucking chin hairs!🤯

I am at it with a razor twice a week at 64! Can’t have laser as they are on moles

Ha! I started getting them in my twenties! I pluck. Also, use those Japanese brow blades/dermaplaning blades to smooth my top lip and the peach fuzz around my jaw line. If it’s good enough for Caroline Hiron, it’s fine for me. I did wax when younger, but it often resulted in spots- blades and tweezers quicker, more thorough and less messy.

Mine started at 26! 😂. And now I’m pregnant at 36 they’ve started growing further down the chin onto the neck!

I normally check mine every day with a light up magnifying mirror. I like it when I miss a day or two as they are easier to tweeze out

I feel so lucky that despite being old (53), I have just one chin hair. And it only appears once or twice a year. It was black, but I zapped it with my lumea and it disappeared for years. When it dares to reappear, it’s now white. I’ll confess, I get a thrill if I feel it poking through and I have to tell all of my colleagues.

How about the random eyebrow hairs that appear an inch long over night?

I have ahem a few. I tried a Lumea but I am convinced it has made the fuckers more resilient.

Neck WTAF.

I call these my grandad hairs. They are also blonde and the rest of my brow is dark brown.

I have finger hairs - anyone else. The section between the nail and the knuckle. I am undecided if or how to deal with them.

I have a few there but a lot more between my knuckles and where my hand starts. I use one of those things where you rub and then rub in different directions (not sure what they’re called?)
