M&S beauty advent calendar opening thread

Back to M&S after a couple of years off for me this year, I don’t think that we have a thread already?

Usual rules apply, no spoilers before 7am, looking forward to tomorrow! 🎄

Love nuxe oil, I had one in a previous calender but sign of the times, as today's is a tiny bottle in comparison. It lasts for ages though.

Nuxe oil is gorgeous, I’ve used it ever since discovering it in a previous advent calendar. I use it as a body oil rather than on my face or hair though.

One of my favourites and a blast from the past. Used to pick this up in pharmacies on holiday in France.

Another Nuxe fan here. The last few days of advent calendar have been great for me.

is it recommended for face? As a general moisturiser?

Ive been keen to try this as seen it everywhere so I’m happy with today’s.

I’m always happy with NUXE oil. There are lots of ways to use it. The best one for me is putting it on my skin, then getting into a warm/hot bath. Skin is gorgeously soft after that.

I love this, found it in an advent calendar years ago and it’s great as a body oil.

Body oil mainly for me. Have also used it sparingly on dry ends of my hair. Smells wonderful.

Used the nuxe on my hands and cuticles today as I have been working outside and it definitely helped!

I love the Nuxe oil, have a couple of bottles on the go at home now but this size is perfect for travelling

Tend to use it on my face & neck and sometimes dry skin patches

Nice but a bit dull, much like M&S itself. I’ve still got half a bottle of this from last year.

Meh to this one for me. It will get used but I'm not excited to use it!

Also meh. I don’t use body lotion. Will pass on to someone.

I'm happy with it, not exciting but it's a nice product. I will probably keep it for my travel bag bits.

It’s a meh from me too, I barely use body lotion. I swear previous years’ calendars were a bit more luxurious?

Food bank is a great idea, I hadn’t thought of that.

I'm quite happy with today's. I use body lotion after every shower so will definitely use it.

I've been using this. It smells a lot better than last year's. Maybe I got a bad batch in 2024? Or they've changed the scent?

great for me, I love body lotion and the shower gel was lovely

I'm happy with this, to go with the bath/shower gel.

Anyone tried/regular user of today's?

I’ve tried the night cream and it’s lovely. Really excited to try the day cream 😊

Ooh this is a handy item for travel rather than taking the usual glass jar style items.
