Broke my phone on Christmas Eve so although I lurked over the festive period, using an old, slow tablet, I didn’t post anything. Phone was fixed yesterday luckily.
Zara, Mike and kids, plus Peter Phillips and girlfriend Harriet Sperling, went to the races today.

Peter's girlfriend's coat is nice.
Sorry Za, but that outfit is awful, especially topped off with my nemesis -an adult headband!

The Danes have brought out some tiaras! Sorry can't link but Mary is in emeralds.

Both Mary and Marie look splendid imo. I love Marie's tiara in particular.

Princess Benedikte was also in velvet. Daisy was in bright blue, topped by her favourite fur coat, natch!

Mary is wearing the same jewellery as in her first official portrait, but she has ditched the matching emerald necklace, sensibly. Hard to tell, but I wondered if she’d opened up the neckline of her gown a tad too?

Mary looks great but Marie wins for me - the gown shows off the royal orders and tiara. I'd like an elephant royal order please if there's one going spare in the MN jewellery vault.

Can't work out Zara's outfit at all - city banker suit with polo neck and headband?! Mike's not much better - maybe they had a busy few days and had a "Sh*t, it's the races, what are we going to wear" moment.

I think the Tindalls are about to head for Australia - we usually see some good outfits from there.

Zara and Mike still managed to match his tie to her suit though so shows that some thought went into the awful outfit  @RomainingToBeSeen

They go to the races a lot 😊

Zara is on the management committee at Cheltenham and owns and trains a few race horses, so probably goes along for both business and pleasure. She’s also the official Women’s Ambassador for the Australian Magic Millions activities (horse sales and racing).
