Charles Spencer’s ex wife, Karen, (third wife? I’ve lost track) is saying he ditched her by text. He’s now taken up with an archaeologist who was on a dig at Althrop. Sad that he seems just as damaged as Diana, either by their parents’ bitter divorce, abuse at boarding school, or both.

I'm not sure which Spencer is which @Papergirl1968 but I do like the polka dot halter neck in the second picture.

I'm sure the dresses in the first picture are £££ but there's more than a hint of granny's nightgown there.

The Spencer women are beautiful. I love their style generally, but if anyone other than beautiful and slender wore their style, I think it would be more eccentric bag lady than ethereal!

I'm trying to work out why Peter Phillips looks different - has he been at the Grecian 2000?

Mary and Marie look great - dresses and jewels spot on! I think Joachim drew the short straw when they dished out the uniforms, those mismatched trousers and the floofy hat don't do much for him...

I sometimes think that the Eternal Birthday Girl looks more royal or do I mean regal than Fred.
That is a compliment to Mary, as she's fab.

God love Joachim. Like a giant toy soldier in the floofy hat.

He also does a podcast with the archaeologist - along with Richard Coles it's an ok listen.

His Instagram is quite interesting - lots of old family photos and photos of Althorp over the years, with information on the history behind them.

Earl Spencer also does twitter photos of his house and grounds, and his books get pretty good reviews.
He doesn't seem great at relationship stuff though.
Are there any tours due, or state visits?

Without wishing to start a debate on the ins and outs of Meghan's upcoming show, I do like the floaty Grecian vibe of this silk dress.

That's a pretty frock. I need to see Meghan standing up straight to fully evaluate.
