Zara looks really good there. Casual outfits look so much better on her than the dated ensembles she wears to the races or on more formal occasions.

I feel a bit sorry for Prince Vincent above. Josephine is wearing a nice dress that you can imagine a teenager wearing without too much fuss. Vincent is in a suit with a floppy bow tie. My boys would throw a fit if I tried to get them into that garb.

I like Kate’s photo today, although it looked very magazine-cover adjacent!

Also (quietly) I loved Zara’s print dress at the races. Enough to look up how much it was…I liked this one too, even though the label (Scanlan Theodore is crazily expensive)

That's a lovely pic of Kate, although the positioning of her hands is odd. Presumably so she could have her engagement ring on display.

I do think she'd look more modern if she chopped 3 to 4 inches off her hair though and loosened the roller waves. I think that would look really flattering if she had softer, less styled hair.

I really liked the darker shoulder-length cut she had a while ago, around the time she wore the black and white spotty dress to Wimbledon. It looked really fresh and modern.

I agree @KiIIingMeDeftly I saw a picture this week of when she was dancing with Paddington and thought how nice it looked that length.

Maybe it's easier with the 'up dos' to keep it longer?

Diana always managed hats and tiaras very well. And Camilla still manages to rock a tiara with her short hair.

Kate doesn't even have to go super short but lose 6-9 inches.

The last time Kate grew her hair this long, she had a lot cut off and donated it to the Princess Trust for wigs for children who have cancer.
I wonder if she now has a similar plan.

Agree wrt the hair. She looks lovely in the photo but I thought the photo itself was v odd around the hips and didn't like the scarf. The one of her in green jumper on a fence a few years ago was much nicer.

Leonor of Spain has departed on naval training for 6 months and Felipe and Letizia were there to bid her farewell. Poor Leti looked proud but very emotional.

Meanwhile Zara and Mike were at the races. I’m not wild about the dress. Still a bit too trussed up and high necked for my liking.

It also looks like it's got a sheer panel at the front and there's no sign of a bra.

No, I don't like Zara's dress, it's too fussy, and the sunglasses have a strange comedy look to them.
