@Volver I honestly think they are shooting themselves in the foot, that is literally what these threads (and many many others in this section) are for, to exchange reviews. No company should be scared of this as no company can ever make clothes to suit everyone. For every short and curvy woman there is a 6’ slim woman. What better than a public way of exchanging information re sizing than on a thread like this?

They (and their employees/bosses/chat bots are simply making themselves look odd. Which is a shame as you all seem to like the clothes.

I’m waiting on a cord jacket which I preordered in early November and here we are 21 days later with no ETA date as yet
I promised I’d be back to give my feedback on receipt.

Meant to add I will cancel and demand a refund if it’s not arrived by end of this week as delivery was quoted as November for the pre-orders. As much as I loved previous C&B collections and enjoy wearing the clothes (I only have a few things so mix and match with other clothes) I’m not prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt if they don’t deliver as promised in November.
Whoever has interfered with getting the previous threads deleted have actually put me off the brand so if it was the company their actions were totally counterproductive to even lovers of the brand like me.
