It's a lovely dress, but it's too long on you as it pools on the floor at the front. The sleeves are meant to be long like that looking at the photo of the model wearing it. I think it could be adjusted to fit you better which will make it look better - it's too long in the bodice on you imo and somehow misses the mark, but that will cost a bit for someone good. All that said, you're not wearing heels and don't have your hair done so it could look completely different.
Have you been and tried on lots of dresses in a shop? Doesn't matter what your budget is, but you'll get an idea of what suits you best and can then shop for that style and shape. I remember I wanted very simple and plain, but none of them did anything for me!
