Hmm. I had a parcel from Liberty get "stuck" recently once it had reached the Amazon distribution centre.
Customer services had to send me a replacement, as someone at the distribution centre had obviously nicked it. I got the impression it's not a totally unheard of event to happen to Liberty parcels...
It was fine, the replacement arrived very quickly - but they sent me the wrong product! A medium sized handbag, instead of the smaller version.
So I had to send it back. I didn't bother trying to reorder it again, it felt like the fates were telling me it wasn't meant to be!
But anyway. If there is still no movement on the tracking tomorrow, I'd get onto customer services pronto.
