I have one too even though my birthday was last month. Not sure if they don’t give them out on 01/01 for obvious reasons but a nice surprise today.

I have a £5 birthday voucher today too, even though my birthday is in Jan - but having had some identity theft attempts in the past, I never give my real birthdate out on the internet.

It's quite nice to get a load of vouchers / discounts arrive in my inbox the month afterwards! Like a prolonged birthday treat.

My online birthday is exactly one year, one month and one day after the real one so I don't forget what I've used!

Still no upates to tracking but at least I'm refunded. What do they mean if ? Is this short hand for "we've lost it but we don't want to say so"

I just ordered the Iphis Embossed Leather Portland Cross Body Bag in black in the sale, down to £175 and I had enough vouchers to cover a chunk of that. Apparently its' been sent so fingers crossed

I had a £5 voucher sent yesterday. Went in and it was final reductions and got 3 jars of strawberry jam, 2 jars of piccalilli, an advent calendar and a new baby card that I needed for £7- so £2 to pay.

How are you finding sale items online? I can only see one item reduced - a travel card holder, but on the actual product page it's full price.

@brogueish I've just been selecting "bags" and then sorting the search price low-high, which tends to show reduced ones. First time I've successfully bought one - if it turns up.

Tried the gold eye mask tonight. I think I've had them in some sort of free sample box before. They feel nice so went to google how much they were. £75 for 5, and the brand recommend best use is twice a week!! So £150 a month on eye masks.

Just a little bit insane.

@Beepboops sadly I loved them last time I tried them. I’m saving the most recent for an upcoming work trip.

As someone said, either on this thread or the advent calendar thread, brands like 111Skin only seem to exist to increase the supposed value of advent calendars and beauty boxes. Outrageously priced products that are very meh in practice, but you feel like you’re getting great value when a single pack of eye masks are supposedly 15 quid’s worth of product 😄

I’m supposed to be on a no-buy at the moment but I’ve bought the Cult Beauty fragrance edit as I wanted to try some of the perfumes, party Mojave Ghost. If I like it I’ll use my Liberty Vouchers on some. I notice that Liberty have a roll on version, I may get that.

I also bought the CB fragrance edit. Some really lovely scents!

Byredo is doing a sample set that is redeemable against a full-size bottle if anyone was thinking of trying those. Exclusive to Byredo only though.

I bought a full size Bal d'afrique but went off it so resold it on eBay. Love Mohave Ghost and have a roll-on in my handbag but hated a sample of one of their other ones so not sure the brand is for me.

• It was £25 less than last one and I think I like the pattern better anyway. It is now saying out of stock so maybe I got the very last one - just hope they can fulfil the order this time and Amazon actually manage to deliver it rather that it being nicked (or whatever happened to the last one)

The loyalty points from the last failure still seem to be there - given the annoyance I'm hoping I'll get to keep them but they'll probably catch up at some point.

Incidentally if anyone still wanted the little ditsy camera bag it's still in stock for £50

I’ve got the Iphis tote bag but feel a bit unsure about it to be honest. The base is wider than I expected so it doesn’t fit comfortably under my arm and I thought there was a zipped pocket inside and there isn’t (my mistake!) One strap keeps falling off my shoulder as well, I think because of the base width. The pattern is lovely though.
