And that I can wear with socks

Any ideas? Not as heavy as boots and not as casual as trainers but comfortable

Have a look at Clarks Outlet, they have some great flat, lace ups that look good with tights or trousers. Dr Marten's tassle loafers are great too. And I'm happy to say I got a virtually new pair from Vinted earlier this year for £20. So look on there too.

I have said it countless times and will say it again 😊 Fitflop shoes - so comfortable ! 👍 and zillions of styles !

I like Ecco too, have had lovely shoes from them up to a few years ago, bright colours, sometimes with matching soles. But now many of them have white soles which look tatty too quickly. Some of them are "granny shoes" (and not in a good way!).
I have lovely Ecco black suede desert boots which were bought years ago and now wear for gardening. I'd buy them again in a heartbeat.

I find Rieker footwear very comfortable @waltzingparrot. I currently own a pair of their biker boots and two pairs of sandals.

Sadly, both Hotter and Ecco have closed their shops near me, and shoes are something I just can't buy online.

I gave up on non-ugly shoes today and am wearing Clarks Funny Dream, the are very ugly but very comfortable.

I remember the days, not so long ago, when we all hobbled around in heeled court shoes .....

Me too, which explains why my feet are effed up now!

Any flat shoe + memory foam insoles.

I have second hand (so they are comfy) DM shoes in various colours. Some lovely Embassy brogues and recently got some beautiful loafers from Vinted.
I also wear my leather adidas Superstars when it rains.

I got the la redoute flats from early on in the thread and really like them! Comfy and smart :)

@ChaoticCrumble ooh are they these flat biker boots? Did they arrive fairly quickly and are you happy with the quality? I'm still debating! They're only £22 and do a size 5.5 which I need...
