Are we going to buy or have we peaked?

@Emmmmz9 DD1 (then 12) had revolution last year. It was only make up, no skin care. I was considering The Body Shop this year but she's not really into wash stuff. Think I'm going to have to make my own to get a good mix. There's really a young teen gap in the market!

Emmmmz9 · 09/10/2023 20:43

@Stokey there certainly is!

Pinenu · 09/10/2023 21:27

Thank you @Puravida23 Nothing is grabbing me from the 2023 offerings. I can’t believe some are still on sale, Liberty, CB etc usually sell out very quickly.

Emmmmz9 · 10/10/2023 05:32

It’s a shame there aren’t outlets that sell 2022 calendars for a good reduced price

madmumofteens · 10/10/2023 07:08

Newbie to beauty calendars is the Space NK good value for money with useful products?? DD is working Christmas loves space NK just trying to justify over £200 🤔

Charlotte Tilbury usually sells last year's calendar for half price at some point around Black Friday.

hollyblueivy · 10/10/2023 07:23

When is Black Friday?

Does anyone know any others that tend to do a deal on their calendar for Black Friday?

On a budget but don't want to miss out!

Yajebbend · 10/10/2023 07:23

I’ve gone with Jo Malone one, justified it by telling myself that I’m getting a bargain as Jo Malone stuff never reduced. I will use everything in it.

Does liberty ever get reduced? I have £40 in beauty drop but still a lot

There are no guarantees and every year is different but several haven't yet sold out so potentially there could be deals
Last year Selfridges was reduced, in the past I've had Elle, Flannels at great prices but it's hard to predict
The M&S one is always reasonable

Pinenu · 10/10/2023 09:32

@Yajebbend I don’t think Liberty has been reduced in the past. Every year previously I’ve been too slow and it sold out before I could buy it.

LittleSnowOwl · 10/10/2023 10:12

I have the Mintd advent arriving today!

Still waiting on the Vogue one to be dispatched but think that's next month

LadyLapsang · 10/10/2023 11:07

@Yajebbend Apart from a small reduction for Beauty Drop members, I haven’t seen the Liberty beauty advent reduced. I did buy the Liberty jewellery advent and the Net a Porter beauty advent for a good price in the sales.

QueefofSheena · 10/10/2023 11:14

I'm still curious about NAP, not to buy but to see how it sells given the mix of contents. No sign of it yet though

Dee1224 · 10/10/2023 11:20

Hi, I got a 2022 Rituals calendar in their Bicester village outlet, @Emmmmz9 . It was about 60% off.

PomRuns · 10/10/2023 11:39

Liberty had a points offer last year which meant you received about £40 worth of points for the AC.

SwordBilledHummingbird · 10/10/2023 11:44

I was hoping Liberty would do a perfume calendar again this year but I'm guessing that's not going to happen at this stage.

CinnamonCoffee · 10/10/2023 13:23

@Stoic123 we will need a new thread

Emmmmz9 · 10/10/2023 16:35

Does anybody watch unboxing videos to see the contents to help their decisions
If so, who do you recommend please?
So many beautiful calendars out there
