I’m pretty sure I haven’t received an email with my Liberty Loyalty vouchers for the last quarter, but I scrolled to the end of today’s Sunday Papers email and there it is - anyone else?

Same! Hadn't had an email but they were at the bottom of the Sunday Papers email.

In a way it was a pleasant surprise as I had forgotten about them, but on the other hand it would be very easy to miss

Which earrings do I want? I have (dyed) ginger hair if it helps, and love both colours but can only budget for one.

They are both lovely @PinkFootstool. Personally I’m drawn to the emerald colour because I have a few items of clothing in that shade. If I wore more pastels though I would choose the paler ones.

Emeraldy ones @PinkFootstool they seem more versatile while the minty are more summery to me.

I have those earrings @PinkFootstool! Bought them in the sale a year ago for £30. Note the poor reviews that they they break if dropped - well yeah, they’re glass FFS 😅

I think I like the paler green ones more, but they’re both really pretty.

No vouchers in my email but I’m expecting them through the post as usual. Does anyone know when the sale ends?

Does anyone’s vouchers appear in their account? My credit is there but no voucher - will I have to rely on my memory to remember to use the voucher?!

gosh thanks for the heads up re the voucher. I also had deleted the email - I wonder how many other people will miss out. They really need to flag it in the email header.

I'd completely missed the voucher as well - I even opened the email, but didn't read to the bottom!

I do normally get sent it by post as well though. I'm going to email them anyway as I do think that is more than a bit off to not send it as a separate email.

Does anyone know if Liberty usually stock the Dr Barbara Sturm Good Vitamin C serum? With my loyalty voucher and credit I have enough to get it and I'm about to run out of my current Vit C and fancied trying it, but it's not coming up at all?

I received my Oct voucher email on 2 Oct. The one at the bottom of the Sunday papers email today is a repeat of the Oct email. So assume you should have all received the email around 2 Oct too and this is just a reminder/repeat.

I deleted the email but they issue separate emails for vouchers, previous January voucher was issued on 6th last year so shall wait a few days.

Also no voucher on my email ... wonder why not? How many points do you need to get one?

Mine is definitely a new one as I've spent the October one, plus it was for a different amount.

Yeah, this is for the quarter that ended on Nov 30th.

The voucher at the bottom of my email is definitely still the Oct one - expiry date is 30/9/24 which is one year after it was issued.

I am pleased I read this thread as I have just retrieved the email from the bin! Mine expires on 31.12.24 so will have been from my September purchase of the advent calendar.

I have not received a voucher at the bottom of my email. Is this because I joined in December? Do you need points? I feel I'm missing out!
