Next drop is about a month away isn’t it?

Anyone else thinking of leaving after the next one? I’ll likely rejoin next year but I’ve got enough saved for what I was wanting and fancy having a bit more freedom (appreciating I’ll miss out of the Christmas sales).

Hi @D20 I left for about a day when I used the last of my credit on the latest GWP but changed my mind the next day!
I originally joined for the calendar which I enjoyed last year but this year's was so disappointing it put me off BD.
Overall I enjoy it though, I'd never go out and buy the items I bought for the GWP normally so it's a good way to treat myself and I do like some of the kits plus the GWP was amazing. And the fact the quarterly boxes are genuinely free is keeping me hooked in for now.

Yes I'm thinking of leaving after this next one. I spent most of my BD credit for the GWP. In fact I spent it all but Liberty debited my account the next day grrr so now I'm back at a £20 balance. I signed up when BD first started for the advent calendar but it's all getting a bit samey now. Combine that with Liberty's stock issues (or sending us samples of products they don't sell) and I think it's time to knock it on the head. I'll just stick with my Haeckels subscription (until I get bored of that too).

How is everyone’s credit status, post-GWP and pre-advent? I’ve got £75 at the moment. I didn’t get the recent GWP and don’t plan to buy the AC but I used some up on a kit a few months ago.

At this point I think I’m still holding out for sale time but if another good kit appears during autumn, I might weaken.

I had one BD subscription that I cancelled, signed up again and had a new BD number. I have since read if you want to rejoin you email them and they reactivate the original account.

Honestly, I still love it and don't plan on cancelling!

Even stuff I don't like much finds a home with other family members.

I planned in cancelling but then went on their website and found a handbag I really want. So that's me still in for about another year and a half until I can save up (and hopefully they'll still have it or something similar!). I'm not really into the advent calendars so won't be tempted by those.

I'm still really enjoying it too so will be carrying on for the foreseeable future.

My credit is back down to £20 after spending to get the GWP. I'll probably build until advent calendar time next year - hopefully next year's calendar will grab me a bit more.

Thanks for a new thread @Housewife2010 . I got my GWP today, it’s the first I ever have had being new to Beauty drop this year. I have to see after a quick flick through the bag I’m thrilled with it, there seems to be so much in it to explore. I bought shampoo and body wash that I needed, also some Sunday Riley stuff as I’m quite impressed by it so getting the GWP was a bonus. Have spent any credit (and a bit more) I’d built up but wasn’t tempted by the advent calendar.

I actually went into Liberty this morning and spent some of my BD credit on the Biologique Recherché P50 which I had been wanting to try for ages. The assistant recommended using up my current retinol before switching to the P50 and said I probably wouldn’t switch back. We shall see. I have two unopened different retinols waiting in the wings.

I will keep going with the Beauty Drop for a while as they do quite a few nice brands that I like. I enjoyed the fact I didn’t have to part with any cash today!

I've been a member since the start and have no plans to cancel. Anything I don't like I give to friends. The credit I've accumulated usually goes on clothes or homeware. I love it.

Credit is now £0 after purchasing the advent calendar. The MINTD ac looks good so may get that too.

I've got £40 BD credit, I'm saving it for perfume at some point. I've never had the AC before and joined to get it. I'm looking forward to it and having seen all the others I'm glad I've ordered it.

I'm having surgery at the end of the month so the next box will hopefully be a nice treat while I'm recovering

Hopping on! I'm hoping for some good discoveries in the next box as I want to use my credit to buy a Christmas treat for myself (DH is lovely but incredibly err practical when it comes to gifts )

I didn't fancy the AC or GWP but have loved every other kit, especially the perfume kit/bag. I buy my Diptyque candles/perfume at Liberty anyway so the credit always gets used and I really love trying new goodies in the beauty box.

I’ve got £60 after succumbing to some free candle free eyeshadow deal whilst splurging on Westman atelier and jones road in July! It was good though and generally it’s flexible enough to keep going - if they did restrict to beauty only spending I’d likely reconsider.

I’ve got about £48 after giving in to the advent calendar. I do enjoy opening it.
