Yes rheasmummy they're issued quarterly depending on amount spent. You can check your current points balance on your Lib account (for vouchers to be issued in April).

TreesinthePark · 31/12/2023 15:00

I saw the voucher today but did nothing with it, have gone back and taken a screenshot now. I remember getting one last quarter but took no action and must have deleted the email.

I actually remember now last year having to email to get a reminder of a voucher I'd deleted, seems so impractical not to have them in account details. But maybe that's deliberate?!

Bimblesalong · 31/12/2023 15:07

Spent mine already 🤣🤣

AnneShirleysNewDress · 31/12/2023 17:26

I'm glad I saw this. I'd deleted the email too 😆

supadupapupascupa · 01/01/2024 10:25

Deleted mine by accident also Grin

CanImakethisbetter · 01/01/2024 10:48

Hi I am thinking of joining the liberty drop box. I can’t seem to get my head around it.

I pay in £20 per month which sits in my liberty account until I want to spend it.

Do I get the vouchers when I spend the money in the account? Or when I put money in?

The vouchers come quarterly and I get a beauty box quarterly as well. Or do you pay for the beauty drop box?

I can save the vouchers up and use them for, as an example, the advent calandar?

Jellycats4life · 01/01/2024 11:06

Liberty Loyalty vouchers are separate from
the Beauty Drop @CanImakethisbetter

Here’s the info

CanImakethisbetter · 01/01/2024 11:25

Thank you.

I read the website but I think I confused myself. I thought the £20 per month was for the beauty boxes. Couldn’t grasp the voucher concepts and was baffled.

I get it now. Thank you

To be fair I am still lounging in bed. Maybe I need to wake up more 😂😂😂

Cyclingmummy1 · 01/01/2024 11:33

The vouchers are an extra bonus when you spend your beauty drop money @CanImakethisbetter

Beenalongwinter · 01/01/2024 14:17

What does is mean an extra 20% off favorites ?

I’ve been trying to work that out too.

RockaLock · 01/01/2024 15:22

I think it just means that they have 10%/20% off a load of stuff that isn't really in the sale. Sort of like a Black Friday promotion on some non-sale items.

kenyaswhiterefrigerator · 01/01/2024 18:24

@CanImakethisbetter

The Liberty Collective is a points based scheme. It's like a loyalty card. If you spend enough money during a set period you will receive vouchers which you can use against future purchases

The Beauty Drop is a scheme where you pay £20 a month into your Beauty Drop account. You can spend this on Liberty products at any time. A lot of people use it to save up for the Advent calendar. In return, you receive a box of sample products four times a year in January April, July and October

The crossover is that if you use your beauty drop savings to make purchases, you may earn enough points on the Liberty Collective to get vouchers.

So both free samples and earning vouchers by joining.

SarahC50 · 01/01/2024 21:34

I've caved and resigned up for the beauty drop. I'm hoping this time my account won't be plagued with glitches. Going to save up for the calendar or Kiehl's stuff my DH likes. Looking forward to the January one x

though it doesn’t say when my first box is. Not sure if I will miss the January one or not

Jellycats4life · 02/01/2024 00:40

You won’t miss the January one @CanImakethisbetter

I originally signed up in early November and received the October box. You certainly won’t miss the January box.

I see it as a win-win kind of scheme. You receive boxes for “free”, and save up credit to spend on whatever you like. I do not relate to people who manage to accrue over £200 in unused credit. I don’t think I’ve managed to save £80 before spending it on some great value kit or another 😅

Back21970 · 02/01/2024 10:01

I just checked the bottom of that email and I have a £10 voucher, delighted!

Only bought a couple of things last year with my BD credit, but one was on a triple points day so that must have made the difference.

Not seen anything I fancy in the sale so will hold out till the next kit or a GWP.

I only joined last January and so far pretty happy with it, don’t miss my £20 monthly subscription at all, and it’s a nice way to build up credit for the occasional splurge.

Does anyone recall hearing that Victoria Beckham beauty may be getting stocked soon? I’m sure I read it on here but may have imagined it.

Jellycats4life · 02/01/2024 11:29

I’ve not seen anything I fancy in the sale either. They haven’t gone in for further reductions this year. Maybe they went in too hard last year and pledged not to do the same again!

LittleBearPad · 02/01/2024 11:48

It is only 2 January - there’s still time.

CocoMascara · 02/01/2024 14:06

@Back21970 Ooo I hadn’t heard that, I hope it’s true, I use a lot of Victoria Beckham makeup. I always wait for the Black Friday offer to stock up.

Same! If Liberty start stocking VB make-up, it will guarantee I stay as a BD subscriber!

BCSurvivor · 03/01/2024 13:25

Has anyone had their January Liberty collective - not beauty drop - vouchers yet?
I've just checked and I got my October ones on 2nd October via email and a physical one a few days later in the post.
But no sign of the January ones yet.

It was at the bottom of the Liberty Sunday Papers (or whatever it’s called) about a week ago or so.

BCSurvivor · 03/01/2024 13:37

@LittleBearPad is that a new way of sending them?
I binned my Sunday papers email without reading!
In the past they've always come as a separate email tiltled ''#### your October Liberty voucher is here''
