There was an email ages ago offering a £10 discount on the calendar for BD members @EuniceLopril

I know Liberty emails can be very hit and miss for a lot of people. I had to email Customer Services and they sorted me out. I know other people haven’t been so lucky.

I had an email from Liberty this morning, offering a £10 discount for BD members, I think a day before their AC goes on general sale. Sometimes my Liberty emails come hours after other people’s, maybe you’ll get it soon/later on.

OMG! It’s already been dispatched!! That’s a lorra lorra weeks for me to resist.

Does the Liberty advent calendar ever go on sale? I'm getting tempted by it, but would love it if it were a bit cheaper! I have £120 in credits and with the £10 off would still need to spend £120 real money – I'd ideally like to spend less than £100 real money! If it does go on sale, when does this normally happen?

There are a few things in there that I don't love, but I added up the value of the things that I do love and need / want anyway and it was still worth it for me... now to find somewhere to hide it so that DP doesn't see it and start asking questions! 😂

Has anyone had notification of a parcel out for delivery? I’ve just had one despite having no open orders so wondering if it’s Beauty Drop, though I wasn’t expecting for another couple of weeks yet.

I can't believe how quickly it's come around, seems like no time at all since the last drop.

On another topic, it's been a while since there's been a new beauty kit. Do we think there's likely to be one now before Christmas? I wondered if they're hoping people will buy the advent calendar.

It's £10 off if you are a beauty drop subscriber, or was last week at least. Mine arrived last Friday

I'm also waiting for a new beauty kit, but I'm not expecting them to release one until November, unless the Advent Calendar sells out before.

I do think there will be a kit. Maybe a few kits! They’re aimed at a slightly different consumer, I think — a lower price point than the advent, and in theory they can be bought as Christmas presents.

Cult Beauty is doing Christmas ‘edits’ again this year (not out yet) and I’m sure Liberty normally does similar.

What is everyone hoping for this time around then? I’d like to try another shampoo and maybe some bath salts and would love a candle.

I think this is the longest period between kit releases since I joined BD in March. We were getting on average one kit a month but it feels like months ago since they launched their tarot card one, and have reduced the price to £60 since. I’d buy it for £50, I reckon.

Is it too much to hope for some exciting GWP for cyber November?

I've spent some of my BD credit today on Davines hair products so can guarantee there will be an offer next week. I've enjoyed both the products we've had as samples and it's the first time that everything I wanted had been in stock.

I've left my other wants on the wish list. Fingers crossed for a kit this month.

I think the kits are probably on hold while they push the advent calendar. Black Friday is on the horizon too - I remember the offers being pretty decent.

Having said that, there were a couple of pre Christmas kits weren’t there? One for party mode and one for recovery mode 😄

May I join? I love Liberty but I don’t have a lot of money to spend. I decided to go with the club as I can deposit my £20 a month and use it at their Blink. That’s something I’d do anyway and this way I get some treats too. I don’t mind what I get. I’ll share with DDs and friends and colleagues.

It is such a great scheme, I just wish places like Harrods, Selfridges and Harvey Nicks did similar.

I love it. I'm not very good at spending money on myself even though I earn well and spend heaps on the children's education/hobbies //etc etc so this feels like a nice way to make sure I don't neglect myself. And I don't get to the shops much so really love the chance to discover new things.

Plus I like the perk of free postage as well!
