My M blue boat neck tee arrived. It's like it's a totally different top to the L in black! It's neary 3 inches shorter in the body and sleeve. It's a shame, the shoulder seams of the M are in the perfect place, and although it fits well over the tummy it would have been much closer fitting across the bust than I tend to go for. I tried it on with a few things but it's just too short.

I'm back to slouching around to day in the xl cream emma and the check linen trousers.

@dudsville It was a big yikes when I totalled the fees 😬... but I do think I have a much better gauge on sizing now, so hopefully much smarter purchases in the future haha

@BettinaInDenmark Yes to the jumpsuit! It looks rather dull on the model but actually so much more interesting in shape irl.
I'm in NZ so the prices are in AUD and seems to be marked up by 30% or so. I can't believe that paying in euros is 1.5x! That's just exorbitant! I hope shipping is not too bad considering the proximity? I pay $45 aud per order. Same for returns...

@Snowyowl78 I bought midnight- I generally do size up with elastic waists but decided against it seeing that this is, well, Toast haha. Their sizes is really all over the place! Also quite envious of your shorts collection- I'd love to get it again in medium but alas, the shipping fee is just too much for a pair of shorts!

Hopefully the shorts will fit then, given I went with their recommendation. I’m not sure why they suddenly thought I was an 18 in that dress though.

@dudsville I am kicking myself about the stupid navy boat neck tee. I thought this would be a no brainer as I’ve worn the black one loads, so when the navy one arrived I didn’t try it on - just removed the label and put it in the drawer. I wore it with pj bottoms yesterday and didn’t take too much notice until I saw myself n the mirror and realised it was so much shorter! And now obviously I can’t return it as I’ve chucked the label out. Grrr. Weirdly I also ordered another in black which just arrived, and it’s much longer, great length. So I guess the navy one will be a layering tee 🤦🏻‍♀️

Just in case anyone's on the fence about it, I just received the Romilly Abstract Dot Crepe dress, and it's lovely. Had to size down to 8 for the right fit (it's in old Toast sizing - I'm a standard hs 12). It hangs so beautifully, and is slightly more fitted than the more relaxed style of some Toast dresses. Top marks from me.

My final order arrived today, the Bryn floral dress is a gorgeous print but am not sure 💯 on fit as on me might be too drapey and baggy will consider over next few days. Typically my non sale buyt of the v necked jersey dress is divine cut beautifully and flattering and comfortable will definitely be keeping 😃

I ordered the large and they just fit on the tummy. They are not generous. They are fine on the waist and legs. You are a 12 though, so the medium should fit. I would never have fitted a medium.

That's even worse@Saurus72 , how annoying! I eyed mine up for its potential usefulness but i think I'll never reach for it.

Quick post from me with sleuthing news: I was in London today meeting up with a friend and we visited a Toast store. I took with me a couple of returns and as I was chatting to the shop assistant she told me that there will be a new release tomorrow! I wasn't expecting that and in my surprise I forgot to ask if there were going to be further reductions 🤦🏻‍♀️

My halo slipped even further when I bought the mill pond checked culottes. Beautiful but definitely should not be buying full price things!!!

I like this, otherwise not too much jumping out of me. A lot of derivative stuff in terms of shirts and tops. Some nice dresses but none for me I don’t think.

New bits and pieces popping up all over the place. No wonder they haven't done a restock of sale.

@Snowyowl78 , thanks for the heads up. I know that jumpsuit is crinkle cotton but I think the effect is just to make it look unironed. It also looks fairly snug on the bust for the model so wonder how it will sit with someone without a model figure.

I'm actually quite shocked. I don't like any of the dresses, prints or styles so far!

@ToastCosILoveIt yes they do all look very unironed those crinkle new pieces don’t they! I wonder if it’s because normally their crinkle stuff is in black and it’s not usually noticeable? Or maybe as it looks quite thin. I’ll keen to try the jumpsuit anyway

@MiracleToast - the quilt is back!

In the restock I have ordered the yellow broad check in Large, (if it came back earlier in medium, I missed it!) I have also ordered the matching top in Medium.

Inspired by how lovely it looked on @dudsville , I have also ordered the Landscape in Small.

While I was at it I bought a Toast pass, as , although I keep telling myself I don’t need one, I am sure I have paid for than £15 this year in fees. It sticks in my craw to pay £15 in one go, but it’s done now 😂

I really shouldn’t have ordered anything as I haven’t yet returned my big order from last week, as still pondering Toast’s offer on sail stripe. Oh well - I will do it tomorrow!
