@Stoic123 - I tried the diamond cotton trousers last sale, (or was it the one before?)

Medium were very baggy round crotch and thighs, but suspect the Small would have been too small. The material was also quite stiff, but I still quite liked them.

I contemplated ordering a Small this sale, but then I remembered that my DH had howled with laughter when he saw me trying them on.

I still might try again if they return…

All I bought in the restock was a green wool tencel long sleeve top to replace one that I seem to have lost .. Couldn't find it at all when I changed over from winter to summer clothes in my drawers . Ithink that I must have left it on a campsite somewhere .. 😞

I bought a dress nearly 2 weeks ago and it's still not arrived. The money has left my bank account. Is this normal?

I ordered the cotton linen twill pinafore dress in tawny brown. I already have the slate version which I paid full price for and love and was kicking myself that I hesitated on the brown before it sold out. Thankfully there was a restock (I think because this comes up big) and I didn’t miss it this time.

Are you all taking about the extreme crinkle dresses, which in one shot looks like cardboard that got wet? I iron, and I wonder if those dresses would look ok ironed!

Oh dear, the crinkle needs to look much better irl than it does online or something has gone very wrong in their decision-making.

@dudsville I have two pairs of the diamond stripe cotton trousers because I like them so much. They are for winter; thick fabric. They come up high so I can wear shorter tops and jumpers. The XL isn't clownish on me, just tapered. I wore them a lot in the winter with an alpaca jumper or cashmere cardie and they were much admired. But you probably do have to be fairly tall and they are designed for hourglass.
