Probably a blessing but I will ask anyways…I don’t get any emails from Liberty when new boxes and kits are available. I’ve checked my profile and I’m signed up for marketing emails…do I need to do something else?

I don't seem to have been sent a £10 reward voucher at the end of May - I can't remember if these come b6 e mail or post, does anyone know? Thanks

My reward vouchers come both in email and by post (sadly they have the same codes so can’t use twice 😁)

I think the vouchers earned up to the end of May are sent out during the first week of July, by poth post and email x

I was literally coming on to ask about the Liberty Loyalty vouchers. I’m tempted to get a bottle of perfume but won’t do it until I get the £10 voucher I know I’m owed!

Yes, the posted ones usually arrive a few days after the email ones, by which time I've already spent it!

Do you have to use them within a certain time limit, or can you use them way way way into the future for e.g. advent calendar season?

You can choose whether or not to have the vouchers posted to you in your account options. They are usually valid for a year.

I did an online chat as I was getting some but not all emails. The chat person sorted it out for me and I now receive them all. I was apparently only opted in to one mailing list.

@peerie it took me a while to work it out when I got the email today as well - I've only got £20 credit at the moment so thought that was my voucher for a while as well.

Yes, I signed up just a couple of weeks before the April drop and received it.

I signed back up a couple of weeks ago and they sent me the April box - wasn’t expecting anything until July

I spent all of my credit on the Vilhelm peony couture perfume! I realised that by keep buying the little bottles off of vinted that I was spending a fortune and which was silly especially while building up credit. I smell lovely though.
