As for Meghan's coat, the trench coat inside has become a bit of a thing at least for some of the style influencers I follow here in the States. But they are lightweight, sometimes silk or silk blend and are a blazer substitute. Too hot for my neck of the woods, however, and I would have thought for Meghan's, although they have been having some strange unseasonable weather in California.

I saw that on the news about the weather in California @SenecaFallsRedux. I think - unless I dreamt it - that they even mentioned snow?!

I like a classic trench coat in spring or autumn, but probably wouldn't wear one inside. I'm not a fan of those trench dresses that Meghan wore quite a lot at one time though. I don't think they do anyone any favours.

Does anyone know where Kate’s £20 skirt is from?

Skirt from Zara. I like the fact that she's wearing lowish block heeled boots, nice change from the usual spike heels.

Meghan and Harry were snapped heading out for dinner last night and she’s wearing quite a heavy coat do it may be quite chilly in LA? It’s a very Leti look she was wearing, I thought - cropped leather trousers and a baggy camel coat over them. A good look.

I love Mary’s outfit there, and also Kate’s. I like the simplicity of the beach with the coloured coat, and nice to see Kate in boots not spikes.
I also can’t cope with a fussy neckline. That said, I’m quite small with a largish bust, extra fabric in that area is never a good look.

I like Kate's red coat a lot, and I really love her hair in that beautiful up-do. Feels like it's been a while since she's had it up like that.

I also liked the Zara skirt yesterday but the polo neck was one of those cream ribbed 1970s style ones that I really dislike. They always look like they're made of polyester <shudder>. Who was it on here who mentioned that they're the kind of thing they remember their Nan wearing with a housecoat?!

Kaye’s outfit is a version of what she wore to William’s Sandhurst graduation (with the same gloves). It’s interesting to see her style evolve into a more polished version. I love her hair today.

I agree, I do like Kate's hair in an updo, it's more sophisticated. That is a gorgeous red.
Oh lord, those polyester skinny ribbed polo neck jumpers, we all had them in the 70s. I think you could get them 3 for £2 from Kay's Catalogue.
