October's Beauty Drop box is en route. Time for a new thread! 💄

It’s arrived! I love their perfume, which is odd as usually I’m definitely a citrus person. The black eyeliner isn’t very glittery at all, I’d wear it in the day. Pretty pleased in general, the Noble Isle can go in the sports/travel bag!

The perfume really reminds me of something but I can’t put my finger on it.

Perfume makes me think of talc-y palma violets.

I can swap you the blue glitter pen for the black eyeliner if you want?? PM me if you do.

I sampled it instore once a few years ago, probably sounds a bit sad but I just found the scent so unforgettable and have wanted a bottle ever since, hope you get your top up soon!

My box has also just arrived. Pretty pleased on the whole. I’ve only tried the Noble Isle before, and I actually do like it. They’ve clearly put thought into including a genuinely different range of items. I wish they had applied the same level of care to today’s GWP.

I'm sulking because my glitter eye pencil was green .Timely for halloween if nothing else, but not for me (am far too boring)

Not the most exciting selection this time but I'm happy enough with it and will use it up (with the exception of that green glitter eyeliner). Intrigued by the toner and the serum primer, the Noble Isle offering just seems like a standard hotel bathroom freebie.

My box has arrived. Happy with everything except for the glitter eye pen - mine is blue which is just about the only colour eye makeup I never wear 😂. Never mind, one for the charity bag. Love the fragrance. Vilhelm Parfumerie scents seem to sit nicely on my skin and actually last. This is the 4th I’ve tried (all thanks to Liberty) and enjoyed them all. Love Votary products so the Apple Toner is very welcome. The hand cream is a lovely size to carry around and shower gel always gets used up here. The M+G moisturiser is only a small amount so I’ll give it a try. Not sure about the primer - it looks very pink and has a very runny texture. I’ve put a bit on the back of my hand and it looks a little …. grey 😳. That could well end up in the bin. Overall happy though. I keep thinking I’ll cancel my beauty drop subscription, but then the next free box comes along…………..

V happy to pass the glitter eyeliner on to someone if they want a black one. I will never wear it.

Happy to buy/swap for the black or blue eye pencil. I really like the green one I got!

My box has just arrived. - I've been avoiding this thread all day. I'm really pleased with it. I've been a member since the beginning and think it's great value. Free postage on all Liberty orders. You can spend your credit on anything too. I bought my husband the most beautifully labelled bottle of Liberty gin last month with my credit. I got the green eyeliner which I'm really pleased with -very Sophie Ellis Bextor. I've got a sparkly green jumper for Christmas arriving soon too.. The perfume is nice and reminds me of something too - I'm going to go & look on Fragrantica.

I've realised why the perfume is familiar - its top note is tuberose. This week I've been burning the Bella Freud Loving candle from last year's Cult Beauty AC which is tuberose too.

I LOVE Noble Isle. Their shower gels smell fantastic - a lovely classy brand. Summer Rising is my favourite too.

Still waiting on mine, this looks like a genuinely good mix of items. I rarely buy beauty items with my credit - except for Diptyque candles, I mostly buy scarves. It just feels like a nice treat for shopping at Liberty.

The perfume is not for me, it’s going to a friend who loves overtly strong and heady scents.
handcream is not my favourite scent but will go in my desk drawer.
looking forward to trying the primer, toner and the moisturiser. Green glitter eye crayon is going to dd.
shower gel is going in a travel toiletry bag, it will get used.
So all in all not bad at all, certainly one of the better ones for me - there’s never been any box I’ve ever received I don’t think where I’ve liked or used everything - this one had more than most!

My box has arrived!! I would say the hand cream has a slight dettol scent! I actually quite like the blue eye pencil. All rather small but a lovely treat!

Yes the handcream does have a sort of antibacterial sort of smell! It’s fine for me though; I hate having dry hands and always have a handcream at work. At the moment it’s a Rituals one that I got as a GWP when making an order there, I don’t like it very much either so it’s been downgraded from my home stash 😂
i’m cursing myself for not doing a cautious sniff test on the perfume, I gave myself a generous one spritz and now it’s all I can smell, very cloying and just not my sort of scent at all, desperate to have a shower and wash it off, I think it’s making me feel a bit sick!

Why do they use yodel - left a note saying leave it in the parcel box at the side of the door, I was at home but in a meeting - they delivered it to a neighbour apparently but they haven’t been in all day so god knows where it is 🙄

I think I might smell a bit like an old woman now having dettol scented hands and a rather powdered, floral perfume on. Not sure the blue eyes are helping either!!

I like their shower gels but they have so much alcohol or whatever in it that it irritates some sensible areas of my body …. Wish they sent some byredo or dyptyquw products with this box!

I’ve no idea what happened to my parcel between 1117 and 1600 but it’s mysteriously arrived.

love the green eye pencil - looking forward to using. Pleased overall - its a good selection.

The pen is sold as part of a 3 pens set. They’re sold out. I suspect they could not get rid of it so have sent it in the boxes :)
