Pretty disappointed with my box (and yes I know it's free and I shouldn't complain!) Cannot imagine the circumstances in which I'd use a flipping glitter pen FFS. Most of the rest is just very generic. Most of it will go straight to DS2's girlfriend who isn't as much of a spoiled cow as me...

I got 2 eye pens a black and a blue.

Love the hand cream. Actually pretty pleased with all of it!

Ooh the perfume is lovely!!

I just had my first ever box! I only signed up after reading g about it on the advent calendar thread.
Overall I'm happy though it seems like sometimes you get full sized items.
I'll try the glitter eye thing but think it's going to be too dark in my pasty skin

I actually love every item in the box! It had to happen one day 😂

The perfume is a revelation for me. Smells like Arabian nights and powdery old grandmas all at the same time and I’m totally here for it. I hope it has some staying power and if so it’s going on the Christmas list. I also like the other Vilhelm perfumerie one we got a while back, the Basil one, but for totally different reasons as that smelt like damp spring.

The glitter pen is not an everyday essential I grant you, but I have nothing at all like it and I quite fancy it for Christmas parties and festivals and the like.

I’m happy with small sizes as long as they are unique and well curated items. That’s what I’m personally after from this scheme - I live very rurally so can’t just pop into department stores to test fragrances and such like. I’d rather have a little bit of something I’ve never tried before and see if it’s a new staple for me, rather than have a full size of something I’m already stockpiling.

I’m on the fence! Very happy with the little hand cream as I like the brand, was hoping for another perfume as well!
The rest I could probably do without.. Like PP, I do feel spoilt complaining about it as it is free - but it’s only free as we’re committing to quite a large spend over the year. I’ll give all the items a go and if I love a few more, I can happily stick with the scheme. If not, no harm taking a few months off I suppose! Just questioning all my spending atm so want to be sure it’s really worth it.

And can we all please just take a minute to appreciate that there is no coffee scrub.

Mine just arrived. The glitter pen thing. Mine is blue and I'm having flash backs to the late 90s when I had something very similar. I'll try it and if not then my daughter can use it for her Queen Witch Halloween costume.
The perfume really reminds me of another perfume maybe a Nina Ricci or Anna Sui one from the early 2000s. Its not quite my thing, a bit too sweetly floral

Grainy little fiend is more accurate.

Eye crayon is a success as smudgy eyeshadow. I've got it on now to test durability/slippage.
Love getting a perfume sample.
Hand cream is perfect texture for me and very effective, I'll repurchase in a different scent as this one smells like loo cleaner.

I agree that I don't mind small sizes. It's about trying new, high quality things. Which wouldn't, for me, include noble Isle or glittery black eyeliner crayons 🤣🤣🤣

Love the handcream - the scent is right up my alley. I dont know what that says avout me and toilets. I think it might be a winter HG.

I will try the others. Interested to try the primer and the toner.

My eye liner is green. Just in time for Halloween

@dontgobaconmyheart Philosykos (sp) is my absolute favourite perfume. Everyone comments on it. I am saving my beauty club money to buy another bottle.

Well I love the perfume which I’m quite surprised by. Very disappointed to have got a black eyeliner - would’ve loved blue or even green. Anyone want to swap?! I’m also pleased with the hand cream as needed a new one. Overall quite pleased with this box. Apart from noble isle grrr 😂

Haven’t got mine yet, but just seen there is Noble Isle again. Would have really like some face serum as I’m out!!

What is noble isle? I’m not sure I’ve ever had anything from them!

Ooh, smudgy black eyeliner, just the thing for an old goth at heart like me but hope it doesn't accentuate the fine lines. LOVE the hand cream, but expected the perfume to be a bit "headier" with a name like Moon Carnival. Will be trying the skincare items later. Happy so far 😊
