October's Beauty Drop box is en route. Time for a new thread! 💄

I love the hourglass mascara, I only buy in the travel size so it doesn’t go off so that’s a big hit for me, and I’ve been looking at getting a wet detangler so that’s good too. Having said that, that’s a max of £30 that I really want and agree that coffee scrub will be straight in the bin. I did go for it as I needed some face cream and it wasn’t in stock for the last GWP, hopefully there are a couple of gems in there when it arrives.

I'm going to have to ask ( I'm still a relative newbie to Liberty beauty & the beauty drop boxes and about to receive my first). What is a GWP? 🤔 Thankyou in advance...

No, not enticed by that liberty GWP - roll on November sales! I do love hourglass mascara it's great but hardly worth the spend.

I just had a look back at some the recent Liberty beauty kits and, yep, loads of the products from the GWP are clearly leftover from those - lots of stuff from the Breath of Fresh Hair kit for instance. I'm definitely aware of being someone who grumbles about what is essentially free stuff, and obviously if you're spending that amount at Liberty anyway then it's an added bonus - and there are lots of full sizes in there, and some good products (i.e I definitely don't want to rain on anyone's parade who is getting this GWP...and I might have gone for it if the qualifying spend wasn't so high). BUT...do they really think people won't notice all the repeat products/that they cobbled together a "really special and exclusive GWP" from leftover bits from other kits? If anyone's going to notice this it's Beauty Drop subscribers, surely?! They could have at least put it in an exclusive washbag or stuck a candle with it. Grumble over. Anyway, I'm still excited for the Beauty Drop box's arrival today! (I promise I won't moan about that free stuff too).

Definitely going to give that GWP a miss and wait for sales to use up by Beauty Drop points. Just received my box, contents are on the whole better than last time.

Did Liberty send you a tracking number?

@alwayscheery I got an email yesterday saying the box was on the way and there was a link to track it on that. I don't think I've had the option to track previous boxes, though.

@EasterIssland Figueir - I'm a sucker for the smell of figs. Bit of a treat for me and I'll probably burn it very stingily to make it last 😆

I also ordered the Philosykos perfume, probably not quite as winter suitable as a candle but I've wanted a bottle for years. If you run into anyone reeking very strongly of fig trees, presumably that'll be me after this order.

Just received mine and I’m reasonably happy with it.. got a perfume and makeup item, the perfume is ok, will probably use it up on winter walks and school runs 😁 no full size skincare though which I would have liked, though the bits on offer look ok. I could have done without a hand cream or tiny body gel

I’ve just received mine too, I think I’ll use it all except the primer and perfume which aren’t cruelty free brands as far as I can see. Loving the eye pen!
