October's Beauty Drop box is en route. Time for a new thread! 💄

Thanks for the reminder that I need to spend another £40 before the end of February to get my next voucher.

viques daft question but is it automatically linked? I have the BD so just tried to sign up for the collective and a screen returned saying my email address is on use.

How will I know I'm definitely on the loyalty scheme not just the Drop? Thanks

I signed up years ago and have a card with a number on it, not a credit card just a loyalty card, when I went to Liberty recently to spend my cache it seemed to have linked itself automatically as my number came up on my receipts even though I forgot to show my card for the first purchase. A bit big brother but helpful for those of us of a forgetful nature! I assume it is by address or email as I don’t think I used my loyalty number when I signed up for the beauty drop. You can sign up to the card in store , that might bypass the “computer says no “response.

I love the final reductions part of the Liberty sale. Just got this reduced by £490 and had beauty drop credit and Liberty collective vouchers so for it for a song! Personally I think it was overpriced at £635 but delighted with the huge discount as it’s so pretty. It’s nice to not always spend credit on beauty things too and this is a real keeper unlike beauty items. I think for the time being I will stick with the beauty drop as it’s working for me. I definitely like to save for the sales and for when a good GWP comes along as I like to feel I’m getting a bargain!

Ha @Wakk i wish it was - working for Liberty would be rather nice! I’ve been a member of beauty drop since it started and have sometimes wavered as not dazzled by all the boxes but actually the credit I’ve had has been used for some sales lovely things - many of which are non beauty. I of course will kid myself it’s free money when I spend it 😂

I bought the Ashley clarke earrings, they are beautiful, if a bit small but was very disappointed that they did not come in a box, just a plastic bag in a liberty bag. Would have been furious if i had paid full price. Am off to look on eBay for a box!!

Do look out for returns over the next week or so - I’ve stalked OOS items and sometimes been lucky with a return. I expect tons gets returned after Christmas as unwanted or unhappy about seeing sales reductions!
@mumonthehill that is poor, they could’ve at least put them in a Liberty box if missing the brand box.

I haven’t spent any of my credit yet but called into Liberty to check whether I could only spend it on beauty purchases and they said yes. But a few of you are saying you have used yours on other categories - is that right? Was I given duff info?

@CurlyFerret I have spent more of credit on homeware, jewellery and clothing than I have beauty! So you were definitely given the wrong info. Plus free delivery on any item of any value, beauty or not.

Just signed up for this! I like the idea of saving up the credit to treat myself at Christmas ether on the advent calendar or possibly just something in the post Christmas sales next year.

I bought two pairs of earrings: one pair came in a branded pouch inside a Liberty box, and the Astley Clarke earrings just came in a Liberty pouch. Pretty poor I thought. Let me know what they say to you @mumonthehill
