October's Beauty Drop box is en route. Time for a new thread! 💄

OMG I can spend my credit on other things?! Yay!

When are is the next Drop due? Can't be long!

I received my By Pariah earrings yesterday and they came in a gorgeous purple Liberty box plus a separate pouch from the brand, so definitely ask! Sadly one of the earrings is faulty – the hoop is misshapen and it won’t click together properly. I’m going to contact them tomorrow but they’re sold out online now and I’ll be gutted if I can’t get a replacement or a fix.

From what I’ve seen Liberty don’t really advertise that you can spend the Beauty Drop credit on anything – even the Ts and Cs say it is to be spent on beauty products and services. I think I’d struggle to spend £200 a year in their beauty department so I hope they never put a stop to it!

My Shaun Leane earrings just arrived and I wasn't expecting them to be in a Shaun Leane box but they were! (Kind of pointless really as I rarely keep the boxes).

I also ordered some Khiry earrings but they've not arrived yet.

I’m hoping it’ll deter me from splurging elsewhere throughout the year and then I can just have one big end of year treat. The boxes are an added bonus.

I just got a voucher with my points from Liberty
ive got £60 in points + whatever I’ve got from the drop charging and I don’t think I need anything.

I'm slightly annoyed that my £50 voucher arrived this morning as I would have used it for my sale earrings. But at least it doesn't expire until the end of 2023 so it will probably go towards the 2023 advent calendar.

I got the Polaris earrings today, they came in a plastic bag in the purple pouch which I was expecting and I don’t need the box but yeah it’s a bit underwhelming! What I don’t understand is why it’s packed in the huge liberty delievry box!! They’re nice though - smaller and not too bling as I was worried about that!

I’ve just recently signed up for the Beauty Box thing, and noticed that if you add your birthday* to your loyalty profile Liberty will send you a treat or something. Had anyone ever received a birthday item?
*i’m somewhat careful with revealing personal data (have worked in areas related to GDPR) so I never ever give my real birth date unless it’s important - definitely not important to be accurate for loyalty card type things

I saved up just over a years worth of my £20 a month and spent it ALL on my favourite perfume just after Christmas

Felt very special spending £270 on a bottle of perfume - most expensive purchase for me EVER on any single personal item

@Orangeslemon How did you get on with Customer Services with your faulty earrings?

My Khiry earrings arrived today and there should be a clear left and right earring (due to the alignment of a stone in each ear) but they've sent me two of the same ear. I'm gutted as they're sold out online so I assume this means all I can do is ask for a refund. I so wanted these earrings but they look obviously wrong (to me at least) so they're not wearable. I assume this means someone else is out with the opposite two earrings.😫 Shaun Leane did this to me once (twice actually!!) but I didn't notice until it was too late to send them back. So frustrating!

Grrr I hate that - no quality control. Had the same thing with Monica Vinader, sent two pearls that were hugely different in size to put on hoops, they'd have looked ridiculous as a set. They refunded but as a lot are bought as a single pearl to dangle on a necklace they didn't seem to be able to guarantee matching them.

This is it. It doesn’t say anything about reward points and I’m due a voucher in early March for those. Do I take it nobody else has got one?
