A sad start to a new thread, but I hope we can celebrate the legacy of Elizabeth Regina, what a woman, and what style!

There's been a royal(ish) wedding! Not sure I care for the dress but the tiara is pretty.

And Leti (not at said wedding) looks smokin' in black sequins. Is she the hottest queen in Europe?? She's certainly the one who tends to go for sexier styles.

I think poor Daisy must have a problem with her hip. She always appears to be standing awkwardly in photos these days and was limping in that footage. I noticed she was the only one to acknowledge the footman with a smile!

Lovely to see Max and Wax. I didn't realise how tall she is.

Side saddle is actually a really secure way to ride as you have two pommels to grip between your legs. The saddle has a broader seat as well. It feels very secure when you’re up there. I’ve only been able to try it once, but I loved it.

She was still a damn fine horsewoman to sit to that spook and keep the horse calm and settled afterwards, and not to panic and end up being bombed off with!

Michelle Bolsonaro looks very chic and elegant. I am not impressed by the Macrons turning up to the Lying in State wearing trainers.

Maybe not poor taste, exactly. Not sure what term I was looking for...but wholly inappropriate attire in any case. If you’re going to pay respects to a Monarch on behalf of your country, at least try to pretend that you care about actually showing respect!

Did anyone else notice the photo of Jill Biden signing the condolences book? She looked just like Krystle Carrington!

The Macrons (especially Brigette) wearing jeans and trainers to the Lying in State was a bit of a let down, Carla Bruni would have never dressed like that! But having said that, I thought Emmanuel Macron's personal tribute to Elizabeth was absolutely perfect in every way.

Leti looked beautiful at Westminster Hall, the epitome of elegance.

For heaven's sake! What's wrong with them?! It's quite plainly Queen Mathilde.

Oh, Leti turned 50 just a few days ago. I guess we weren't to know, given she didn't have 25 birthday parties and open an exhibition about the wonder that is herself?? 😜
