To wear with a plain navy dress to an autumn wedding?

It would be but I don't really like the pheasant look especially in Autumn .

I'm not a massive fan of the feathers. But I'm not a fan of fascinators (they seem kind of dated) so maybe that's colouring my judgment.

It is a fascinator. And I like it. But I'm a country girl and from a hunting, shooting, fishing family.

I agree with pp that is a hat and I really like it. Clearly though it is not to everyone’s taste but it will give people something to talk about on the day.
