Hi OP I know why people were saying the hat and dress are different vibes and wouldn’t go together and I was thinking this but having seen your pic it’s a great outfit!

I know you haven’t asked this so obviously just ignore if you’re all sorted, but to tie them together more, I’d go for a faux fur shrug or stole. Perfect for an autumn country wedding You look fab, honestly. Enjoy the wedding.

Thank you, I think what you can see in the photo is the outline of my enormous, scary, Bridget jones knickers that hold on my c section belly (4 months post op!) so yes it looks a bit tight. Don't worry, there's room for the three course meal in the dress

I think you will look great and it goes with the dress! Everyone has different styles and that's ok! The main thing is whether you like it or not
