To wear with a plain navy dress to an autumn wedding?

I have never muttered disapprovingly at any guests outfit choices, that's really mean 🤦🏼‍♀️

The only time I might cringe and say something quietly is if an outfit is really really short and someone shows legs and boobs, I don't think having both out is an option.

I love the dress but it is slinky and the fascinator is a completely different theme/vibe.

I love it and would definitely wear it. I really do not think everyone would be talking about you!! I’m sure most people would have better things to do (like enjoy the wedding!)

I don't like fascinators, and clocked in the link expecting to roll my eyes, but this one is actually quite nice. It'll look great with the dress.

Yea, it is a bit road kill, but so what? Unless it's a vegan wedding definitely wear it, it's perfect.

It's a lot of things but I don't think it's chavvy atall, it doesn't have any glitter or dimante or brash colours

Damn you! I rolled up ready to sneer at some lurid pink flowery shower puff monstrosity varnished with 100% twee - but I love it - and would wear my first ever fascinator.

I am however a bumpkin who follows “country pursuits”.

I love it and think it would look great with a simple navy. It won't be everyone's cup of tea, but screw them
