I don’t think know if this is the right place to post this, but why has The Duchess of Cambridge gone to the Bond premiere in fancy dress as Princess Margaret circa 1975?

No you didn't. You said "fancy dress as PM" and a "very dated hair choice". If that's not an insult, you might want to choose your words more carefully in future.

She looked fabulous and very relaxed.

To be honest, if I had the opportunity to meet Daniel Craig, I would pull out all the stops too ( obviously would not look anywhere near as good in my short, slightly rounded, and almost 60 year old shape…)

I thought she looked ultra high glamour- a very Bond, very Hollywood look. Wouldn’t have worked in any other situation.

I agree that she often dresses in a slightly dated conservative style that's too old for her, but I don't think this was one of those occasions. The hair said retro Hollywood glamour to me, not "dated", and altogether I think she knocked everyone's eyes out.

I thought she looked jaw-droppingly beautiful. And she knew she looked jaw-droppingly beautiful, which gave her extra confidence and she just glowed!

She looked incredible and oozed glamour and confidence.

I don't agree that she looked like a fancy dress princess Margaret or that her hair was dated.

And it seems nobody else thinks that either 🤷‍♀️

Right it's James Bond she looked very glam and over the top and not taking herself to serious. She looked gorgeous.

Honestly Op. You must be looking at different pics to me. I thought she looked fabulous, hair makeup and that amazing dress.. totally 🤩

That was my thought - the dress was The Thing, hair needed to be more low key otherwise there'd be too much going on.

My quite link failed. My "me too " was in support of those who thought it was a stunning look.

I don't particularly like the cape bit of the dress.

But other than that I think she looks fantastic!
