What item of clothing would you love but can never find?

I would love some wide navy trousers in flannel or wool. Not thin and plastic. Nope never happens. How about you?

A long length (mid thigh on 5'11" ) half zip sweat shirt with no stupid big writing. A long length chunky hooded cardigan, with BUTTONS what is this thing for cardigans with no buttons FFS. Years ago I had some lovely black wool, half lined, straight leg smart jeans from M&S, I wore them until they fell apart and never found anything like it again. Ditto a navy blue M&S cotton Broderie Anglaise floaty popover shirt that ended below my tummy. I thought I had found one from LTS last year but when it arrived it was made from thick scratchy Polyester, who would want a POLYESTER summer shirt?
And finally, years ago Seasalt had a scoop neck plain blue 3/4 sleeve cotton floaty Jersey tunic, it was so perfect I bought three, they haven't had anything like it since, still search on EBAY 15 years later.

Fitted clothes that actually fit. Blouses /shirts always gape, and trousers always too short.

A classic trench coat in a cool taupe (ideally like Kettlewell’s mole colour in the photo.) Plenty of options available in camel or sand colours which are really unflattering on me! I’ve seen one or two this year in a loose oversized style, but I’m looking for a more classic fit. If anyone sees one, please shout!

Low rise denim jeans which hug your thighs but flare out at the knee to a huge flare and are slightly too long so touch the floor, circa 1998. I have long legs, so most flares now are too short and some of them are just wide leg/ bootcut renamed as flared jeans.

Almost word for word what I was about to say!

When I was 16 I had the most wonderful oversized hot pink sweatshirt. This was 1980 before oversized was a thing, but I loved it. I got some old photos digitised last year and I am wearing it in some of them. I immediately wanted to get something like it again. But I haven’t found anything which comes close. The colour can’t be in vogue just now - I can find the shape okay, but not the correct shade of hot pink. I’m a little obsessed 🤣

Orange or peach or turquoise pyjamas. And I want clear bright coloured clothes in winter - winter clothes are black, very dark navy, harsh red or harsh purples and greens. I've pale coloured skin which bleaches even more in winter so winter colours wash me out and emphasise dark circles under my eyes.

I'd just love affordable plus size clothes that aren't mumsy, flowery, batwing smocks take note Evans and Simply Be, or something my teenage niece would wear with a bumbag looking at you boohoo. Basically I'd just like the same clothes that already come in smaller sizes, but bigger!

Oh, and also flat shoes that are stylish and fabulous please.

A lightly lined bikini for big boobs that doesn't look like a bra and doesn't have frumpy bottoms.

I'm a 30F and my boobs are noticeably wonky since I stopped breastfeeding, so I need the lining. But I also have a decent stomach and nice bum, so I don't want full coverage granny knicker bottoms.

You need a Freya Rio or Sundance bikini. They are fab. Bottoms have tie sides so you can avoid squidge.

I’d love a 3/4 length silk kimono to wear with jeans. Not viscose, polyester etc. Preferably with a big cat pattern - not asking too much

Oh god. How long have you got? I spend half my life looking for nice, high quality, well cut clothes in colours that suit me, all in vain.

I'd like:

Oversized warm white silk shirt
Stone / beige ankle grazer slim trousers
Tan leather loafers
Stone / beige blazer type single breasted jacket, in a drapey material, slim fit WITH DARTS & seams
Santorini blue oversized Tencel shirt
Navy swishy wide leg cropped culottes
Dove grey leather loafers/pointed toe flats
A pale peach hoodie
Bright blue running leggings & bra top

Everything seems to be black, white or blush pink polyester.

So depressing. Im so tired of the same brands appearing when i Google what I want, even though Ive never bought from Missguided or Nasty Gal!

A dress with sleeves and a peplum.
